i absolutly love this store i purchased my sewing machine and i continue buying stuff for my sewing needs it is an ideal store for everything craft oriented thank you so much for everything!!!!

Of all of the sewing centres that I have been into, and I have had the pleasure of doing business with this business is run smoothly with people who care about the customer and about their needs. The prices are not over the top and our fair, and this is coming from someone who likes a very good bargain. All of the staff at this location are amazing and they truly care about their craft, and ours! Their selection of machines is absolutely fantastic and their prices are amazing. And if they are unable to provide you with the machine or item that you need at the time, they are able to order it in a timely fashion. Keep up the great work!

J'ai participé à un des camps de couture de 3 jours pour adultes et j'ai adoré mon expérience! Sonia a été très présente et aidante pour chacun des élèves. Elle sait voir les forces de chaque personne et nous conseille bien sur ce qu'on devrait faire tout en nous permettant de réaliser les projets qui nous tentent. Elle nous a fait confiance pour des projets qui pouvaient sembler un peu plus difficiles et ça nous a permis de nous améliorer rapidement.Merci encore pour les cours!

I went to have a top made for my wedding dress. Kaur was very skillfull and very nice to work with and I was extremely happy with the end result. She patiently worked on the top untill I was totally satisfied. She saved my wedding day!!

To be honest, I wish there was somewhere else to buy sewing machines in town. I don't always feel welcome or comfortable when shopping in Sawyer's. The customer service is lacking in the kindness and compassion area. I literally left the store in tears the last time I was there and I definitely don't think I'll be going back. I brought my machine in hoping to get a little tutorial on it, something I was told several times during purchase would be provided any time I liked. However I was greeted with annoyance and told machine would be in the shop for 3 weeks and cost $99 to have fixed" however I brought it elsewhere and was taught to adjust it in less than two minutes and my machine worked beautifully again."
