Proceed with Caution!!!The owner will not fix his alteration mistakes, he gets super defensive and offers NO SERVICE at all.I read the reviews for this place and decided to give it a try. The gentleman that owns the place was pleasant when I dropped off my stuff for alterations but when I picked it up and was not happy with the result, the pleasantries were out the window. Not only did he not want to help resolve the errors he made, he was very clear that he was not open to negative feedback. I would never go back to this place and advise everyone to proceed with absolute caution. If you are looking to support a small business, venture beyond this establishment, he makes it clear that he does not need your business or care about his service quality. This business is A for AWFUL!

Based off a phone call and quick visit the salespeople are so friendly and helpful. The leather goods are so nice and there is a large selection of leather products. I love businesses that don't hesitate to recommend another business and this place did that as they don't deal with the kind of fur repair I needed. They have custom services and I would definitely return here.
