Great team to work with and top quality products

Iam the President of Scooby's Masonry Ltd. I've had a hard time finding good blades for cutting Natural stone dry. Star Diamond has what you need,from economy priced blades that do the job to Premium blades. The customer service is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tools place with no tools

The woman at the front is extremely rude. I accidently went in there and was lost, she raised her voice rudely and told me to look at the unit numbers. When I asked her where a specific unit was, she again yelled that I need to look at the numbers. I thanked her for her uselessness and she was still yapping as I went out the door.It doesn't take much to be kind.I will never step foot in there again!

Was originally going with a 4/5, only because the way this works can be a little awkward. When snow has solidified to a certain point, it will ride down the slip and slide carpet, then perfectly balanced as a block of snow all the way down the pole and right into your chest. My wife found it absolutely hilarious and even secretly filmed me doing it.When snow is loose, it works exactly as you'd expect and is way better than the inverted shovel on a pole design. I cleared 2 feet of snow off of my 20x16 garage roof in about 10 minutes.What gets this an extra star is the fantastic customer service. My slip and slide component got damaged, either by rough use or perhaps a latent manufacturing defect that propagated as a tear out. I contacted Polarmade by email and they sent me a replacement component in no time. Can't ask for more.Great product and great company.
