Amazing selection and fair prices. My plants arrived quickly and safely. I was impressed at how well packaged and beautiful everything was - it was evident that a great deal of care was put into wrapping each of them. The entire order exceeded my expectations, and I am already picking out my next batch of wishlist plants!

I live in Montreal and ordered online. First of, I work in shipping and I gotta say I never saw anything as well packed as the order I received. It was carefully packed and everything was thoughtful from the pot I ordered around the base of the plants, to the sample bottle of plant food taped inside the box so it doesn't move around and the two heat pack to keep the plants warm in this gloomy weather. The plants arrived without any damage and looks healthy. Also thumbs up for the no plastic packaging, there was nothing that wasn't either recyclable or compostable except the tape holding the kraft paper around the plant. I'm more than pleased with my experience and will definitely order again.

I ordered online which was a huge mistake. My Dracaena Limelight arrived with browning leaves and the soil was completely dry.When I emailed them about this with pictures I received your typical copy and paste response about how sorry they are, but they also said it's essential that a plant parent" knows browning is normal. I thought it was an interesting choice of words considering the condition the plant was in.From the looks of the reviews it does seem like my experience isn't common

I highly recommend JOMO studio. The staff are nice and they engage in conversations when you have questions. The lifetime support they offer for each plant yoh buy is stellar and they respond quick. I have bought quite a lot of plants from them and I am satisfied with every order. The packaging is nice. Foliage is protected and delivery is fast.

Ok.... To start with, JOMO has a great selection of plants online. The site is laid out well and easy to navigate. This was our first order with them, so we limited our order to 4 plants. (We will be ordering many more!) Order was processed easily, and we were emailed all the normal shipping notifications, and then we received a notification that our order would be postponed. Best service ever!!! Their team took the time to check weather conditions for the shipment and estimated arrival and postponed the shipment due to an extreme cold warning. They then shipped the order when it was safe for our fragile plants. The shipping box was insulated and included pocket hand warmers to ensure the plants were comfortable and safe. All 4 arrived in perfect condition and are happy in our home. 1 Air plant, 1 Venus Fly Trap (more like 1 hillbilly family, there are like 20), 1 Alovera and 1 Coffee bush. All are extremely healthy. You can tell this team cares anout their plants and customer.Thank you team JOMO.

I've personally never visited but I've purchased plants from their website multiple times and it has never disappointed! Plants come delivered with care and the delivery person is always very friendly and notifies you when they are nearby. Their website is informative and I appreciate all the details they provide - It has definitely helped in caring for the plants after they arrive at my home. The only downside I would say is the price of delivery, but if you do purchase enough, shipping is free anyway.

We got amazing recommendations from one of the plant lovers there... first when we wanted to buy our olive tree, and then when we decided to create a living wall. They are kind and helpful and we left the store motivated and happy :) thanks again!

They have a very nice collection of house plants for a decent price. Plants are always in a beautiful shape and are super healthy when i receive them. I always have them deliver to my house and the delivery is super quick and very well packaged.I check their website every time they stock up new plants and I definitely plan on buying more!

I've purchased a ficus plant at Jomo studio and shortly after the purchase (~ 3 weeks) the leaves of the plant started dying/falling off as a result of the big black spots that are affecting the plant. I have taken really good care of the plant and am certain that the plant was already diseased when I purchased it. I have emailed the support team and they had told me that they do not replace/refund the plant after 15 days of purchase. During the purchase the sales rep said that the store provides a lifetime support on the plant. However, I did NOT receive ANY information on what steps I can take to save the plant after I sent them images of the dying leaves and described the situation. I find this kind of customer service/support absolutely unacceptable given that their plants are sold at a premium price (highly overpriced compared to other plant stores ). Stores like Sheridan Nurseries provide a three months return policy on any of their plants so I was expecting the same from Jomo studios. Very disappointed with my purchase and would never buy from this store again.
