Really impressed with these people. Sold some gold and got paid more than expected because the store manager took the piece as jewelry rather than scrap metal. I thought that was very fair play. Professional shop all around.

The ladies at Charm in Cornwall are awesome, they are friendly and helpful . These ladies treat me as if I were the most important person in the store. I purchase jewellery for my wife at Charm and only Charm. 2 thumbs up for all the Charm Diamond Centre ladies in Cornwall Square

My experience getting a custom engagement ring from Aret was exceptional.Aret was incredibly patient and took the time to educate me on the process and design components of building a ring. He was genuine with his advice and always kept budget in mind, which made the entire experience stress-free.What really stood out to me about Aret was his level of detail and craftsmanship with the ring. Aret even went through two prototypes before we came up with the final design, which speaks to his dedication to getting the ring just right. What also stood out to me is his level of flexibility. He always did whatever he could fit me in for follow-up appointments, even if it was last minute, which I was extremely thankful for.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Not a great return experience. The policy is store credit only, which is completely fine, but that wasn’t made clear to me when I purchased (outside of a sign on the counter which I did not see).Pointed this out to the clerk who helped return (that they should say out loud the exchange policy) and she just said “it’s our policy” and pointed to the sign without making eye contact.If the customer is not aware when leaving the store (original clerk said “returns available for 14 days”, did not say store credit only), probably something that could use improvement.I bought two pieces of jewelry for my gf as a surprise and returned one since it was not her style. Would not have bought both if I knew I’d only get store credit.

Samantha was super helpful and patient answering all my questions and she went above and beyond helping to make sure I got a new nose stud that would work for me and be approved by my piercing artist. They have a great selection and really reasonable prices.
