Don’t hire these guys!!

Bend Over ... Billed three hours for less than an hour of work at $95 an hour. When I asked, it was because they had to drive to Edmonton for the part. Sorry... I paid for a joy ride to Edmonton for a part??? Why did it still take two weeks to complete the job?? Wow...Try and get a quote out of them... not likely. By the way they did the same job six months prior and said no warranty. Not much I can do at this point, but warn future customers. I won't be using these guys again EVER!!!

Applewood completed my gas line for the new pool heater. The job was done professional, and timely. Igli,(our techncian) was great. He was very pleasant and completed the job quickly with no issues, problems or complaints. We couldn't ask for a better company to have done this job for us. We will definitely tell all our friends to use Applewood in the future.

Daryl Evans has been a great service to us at the Cactus Club Cafe at the downtown Kelowna Yacht Club. Very responsive, professional, competitive rates, and detailed work. We are glad to have this great company in the Okanagan now.

We’ve had AJPH to our home 4 or 5 times in the past 3 years; the quality of service is always outstanding. Yesterday they replaced our aging faulty electric hot water tank and our failed pressure expansion tank. As a repeat customer it was easy to call dispatch and arrange a site visit. I got a reminder phone call a few days before our service and also early on the morning of the service to advise when the plumber would be on site. The plumber, Dylan, was very professional and knowledgeable and he brought the plumbing associated with the tank up to current code standards. After the service I received a detailed email report about the work done for my review and records. Great service and value.

Very attentive service and quality work. It was a pleasure working with the Powertec Solar team through my rooftop solar install. Would recommend to anyone looking to get panels put up. They were pleasant and glad to work through the options as well as answer any questions I had before, during and after the installation.

Our furnace stopped working and we needed to get it fixed quick due to the cold weather. I called and he arrived at our house within 15min diagnosed the problem quickly and went to go get a part for us. Within an hour he was back with the part and fixed our furnace quickly and efficiently. Very reasonably priced and got the job done. Would definitely be back for any other repairs we ever may need.

A big thankyou to Powertec Solar for their excellent work in designing, supplying and installing my new solar array. I elected to install solar on my roof utilizing the Greener Homes Grant and Loan program to help fund it. The process of obtaining the grant and the loan was very time intensive, dragging on the process before I could officially engage Powertec to start the work after I had originally reached out to them for a quote. Their team was excellent, working with me through this period and keeping me engaged. Their technicians were very courteous and professional and the overall installation looks excellent. The system is now up and running, working as intended and I have no doubt that I'll be able to rely on Powertec for any troubleshooting in the future should that be needed.Thankyou very much for the excellent work, it was a pleasure doing business with you, highly recommended!
