Great place to find something different from the regular--great variety, well stocked, well labelled sections, local wines and craft beer. Overall great place. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Check it out and try something new! You won't be disappointed.

This branch is better than the Langley one as far as having the products on sale in stock"... I like to buy the boxes of wine when on sale... but when I go there is a sign saying "temporarily out of stock"... perhaps just until it goes back to regular price? Not fair really. I find this location does have a slightly higher success rate for me getting the sale items."

Nice store, lots of selection and good prices. My only complaint is that I went there for one particular item that was in their flyer. It wax out of stock, no rain check nor any idea when it was coming in stock. I suggest that they beef up inventory for things that are in their flyer

Selection isn't great for such a location - I suppose if you have simple tastes, sure. The staff are so-so and a tip option on the terminal actually made me laugh.

Yesterday at night 8:56 one of the staff didn't let me go in claiming it was closed, she let pass one person 10 seconds before me. I just post this because that person is the one that always makes the time there unpleasant she will roll her eyes when you ask a question, always giving attitude. LCBO should care about customers experience. Being a MK behaviourist myself I wonder how many people have sotped going there because of a low performer,

Klacking Bottles The Liquor Store on 9th
Not a wine store…the staff are friendly but not helpful or knowledgeable. I asked for a light white wine recommendation and he started searching his computer, then had me wait while going to serve another customer, only to come back and tell me “Cabernet Sauvignon”, then when I reminded him I was looking for a white, he had me wait again to serve someone else. I came to realize they are a bottom shelf liquor store and one needs to lower their expectations significantly here. Go to Oak and Vine for higher quality selection.
