On time, excellent workmanship, reliable, fast, and responsive. You may pay a little more but this contractor is totally worth it for honesty and peace of mind. He not only sold, brought, and installed our new gas hot water heater, but he also took the old one away—the day after I left a late night message. The job took a couple of hours and was under quotes cost. Will definitely use this contractor in the future!

Coppersmith Plumbing and Heating came to our rescue. During the holiday freeze up, our furnace stopped working. Unfortunately all the parts outlets were closed for the holidays. Space heaters were not much help at -15c. Jackson came to our rescue and he had our heat back on the next day. Jackson did an amazing job installing our dishwasher! He ensured the dishwasher was flush with the counter top by drilling a necessary hole for better piping and had suggestions as well on how to make it run quieter. Also helped level out our range as it was newly installed but not leveled by the delivery company. Jackson also identified the source of a leak in our shower and fixed it promptly. Will definitely use him again in the future and recommend him to everyone who needs plumbing services! :)

Jackson was amazing during the entire process of getting our HVAC system entirely replaced and rebalanced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Very honest, friendly, and knowledgeable in his field of work. Jackson has done an incredible job in fixing our gas leak, and installing our new Rheem furnace, Rheem A/C, and hot water pump. He even went out of his way to install the furnace so it is off the ground instead of letting it sit on concrete blocks (as it used to be). He also constructed a well thought out platform for the A/C to place on top of the soil so rainwater can drain well and not pool. He is very thorough in giving quotes, explaining the problem, and his overall work (what he will do/has done to fix it). He ensures that everything is to the customers liking and leaves everything clean and tidy. He even helps out in getting rebates and makes sure that the process is as smooth as possible for his clients. Very fair price for extremely high quality work, thank you!

I was given Jackson's name as a recommended plumber close to home. He came and made the necessary repairs and installed new parts in both my toilets. A few days later I informed him that one of the tanks was filling very slowly. He returned promptly and changed the faulty part free of charge as it was under warranty.
