He showed me exactly what the problem was, ordered the parts we need, and even installed a temporary fix so our water will still work in the meantime!After a different company came out and misdiagnosed the issue previously (and *very* unprofessionally), this was a breath of fresh air!! I’m so glad I found this company, Cody is so helpful and honest. Highly suggest, I’ll absolutely be using them in the future!!

They came on time and took about 15 min to cut and replace a section of hose on my water heater that had a developed a pinhole sized hole that was spraying all over the floor. Serviceman was polite, left his shoes at the door without my asking and did a fast and thorough job. If I have need of a plumber I'll definitely call them again. Plus, their fees were fair and they didn't add on generic service fees or mileage charges. Very happy with Calgary Service Plumbers.

Called about a flooding issue. The water needed to be turned off. The person I talked to on the phone (owner/manager?) said he had no plumbers that would want to deal with that so he wouldn't send anyone out. Really???!! What sort of plumbing exactly do you do?I called Plumtech and a plumber was there in an hour. It took a whole 15 minutes to shut the water off. The charge was reasonable also. Call Plumbtech if you need plumbing done.

J's Pumps & Plumbing
Our well stopped working at midnight with a houseful of guests. We emailed J's requesting his service. Jerry called us at 7:31 am and although he was fully booked, he gave us a one hour window to come by and check it out. He was able to travel to our place, diagnose the problems, replace the broken parts, and do a complete service in 45 minutes of that call. That's what we'd call top quality service.
