Called Timmy on a Sunday, long weekend , my hot water tankquit working, due to a small flood.He showed up within an hr on his bike as his wife had the truck.He lived not too far away , but by bike, incredible.He brought a part from home and tried it on my tank, and it worked.He told me to order part and it would be in Monday.FANTASTIC service, great guy.Call him for service..Thx Tim.Dan Stones Ridgeway.
