We just had our first experience with Mac plumbing today and we were very happy with them. They showed up the same day we called and Miles did a terrific job. He was experienced, friendly and fair with the pricing we will definitely use them again next time we have a need for a plumber.

Any time I need a plumber or know anyone that does, I always use and refer MAC Plumbing. The first time I requested a service call, the owner(Angelo)himself showed up to my house. Not only was he fast, professional and courteous, but he also saved me money by informing me that my faucet should still be covered by warranty. He didn't have to tell me that and could have pocketed the cash himself! Excellent service owned by an honest guy. 100% recommend MAC!

I called M.A.C. plumbing & heating about my toilet not working and was able to get an appointment the next day. Angelo (the manager) showed up and was very friendly and personable. I explained what happened and he used numerous snakes to try and pull the item that was clogging the toilet. After he could not grab the item, he explained to me that he could either move the toilet to see if he could get the item out of the traps, however, this was not a guarantee that he could grab it or I could replace the toilet - he gave me time to think about it and was not pressuring me. He also explained that it would be a couple hundred dollars for him to move the toilet and explained the process - which was helpful because he did not leave any details out about it costing more, not guaranteed etc. I ended up agreeing for him to move the toilet since this was an ongoing problem and he was able to remove the item.He left no mess and sat down with me while he wrote the invoice and charged me an acceptable and fair price.I highly recommend him and his company and will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs.Thank you M.A.C. plumbing & heating.

I had a plugged main line going to my house. I tried phoning other companies who wouldn't even quote me an approximate price until I agreed to dispatch a service technician and pay their dispatch fee.Well, Mac Plumbing was similar in this respect except the person on the phone did gain my trust by at least giving me a typically this kind of thing costs" and so I took a leap of faith and agreed to their "slightly higher" dispatch fee and was surprised to see the technician there in less than 30 minutes.The technician knew his stuff and talked to me the whole time he was cleaning the line with valuable tidbits of information that my tenant and I could appreciate the possible causes of the clogged line.In the end it was nobody's fault as he pulled out a giant softball sized clump of toilet paper from near the end of the line which had probably been building up for 20 years

I needed some plumbing for my sink and toilet connections. M.A.C. sent Miles, who was friendly and helpful, worked hard, and got the job done quickly. He also noticed the sink and faucet installation I had done myself, commended me for using plumber's putty to seal the drain, and had suggestions for tightening things up a bit. Thanks, Miles. You rock.

I found M.A.C. plumbing on Google. Miles the plumber did a 5 star job. I phoned at noon on Tuesday, and Angelo the owner answered right away. He told me to phone EPCOR so water could be turned off to house, for main valve replacement. Also new valves under sink and installed new faucet . Miles was here promptly at 10 A.M. when Epcor was here. He was courteous, fast, friendly and did a great job. Service call charge only $58 ! Sept, 2017, very reasonable. I was informed of all costs up front, no surprises.

Words cannot express how much I love MAC Plumbing and Heating. I stumbled across this gem around 5 years ago during my first flooding experience. Angelo is friendly, funny and personable. He has a take action work ethic and delivers in a pinch. I recommend Angelo and his crew to all of my friends. They simply are, the BEST!

Amazing! Fast, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. My electric water heater stopped working on a weekend. Not only did they come out first thing on Monday when the vendors were open but they came prepared with a new tank on hand! They even went the extra mile and saved me the cost of the new tank by calling in and finding out I still had warranty coverage for tank replacement! I highly recommend Angelo and his crew.

I have had the pleasure to work with M.A.C. plumbing several times over the last few years. From furnace repair and maintenance to leaking toilets and sinks. Always on time and always professional. Highly recommend!

Our hot water tank failed and Angelo coached me over the phone on how to reset the electronic gas valve. He's done work for us before and is an expert at his trade; never a problem. We can highly recommend Angelo and the M.A.C. team through our experiences with them.
