We needed storage space very quickly. They were able to accommodate and even gave us a choice of units. The facility is very secure, and the until was very clean and dry. A pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you need off-site storage.

Great customer service and the manager and owner are very accommodating. The yard is clean, well lit and has great access. I woudn't hesitate to recommend Niagara Self Storage to anyone requiring storage

My honest opinion and personal experience: Im under priviledged and young growing up, I never had much. and almost all of our furniture & some extras were in this companies possesion and unit after moving.. this company denied our final payment after paying them monthly when we tried to pay our amount owing at the end of the month to get our stuff out, we are locked out of the security gate with money ready to pay the bill. They plan to auction off our stuff because the company wont accept our money now even though its before the end of the month which we had planned for and notified staff about for days/weeks while planning moving trucks. I would be left with nothing except a matress for my new room when it gets auctioned off while we always do our best to communicate - being under the impression everything was good to be paid & taken out.. this seems to be a last minute company decision and manual denial of our payment, someone hungup the phone when we tried to pay multiple times & i recorded it on video showing the company number im calling - i was only able to get an answer by calling from a new number. Its hard to type this without tears coming to my eyes. I dont understand how this can happen to customers especially during these times, i would understand more if we couldnt come up with the money but we were ready to pay in cash or over the phone. Sometimes the smallest business actions can have the biggest negative impact on a life. My opinion probably doesnt matter but I feel taken advantage of in this situation. I can honestly say i do not trust storage units any more after my experience, the police cant force them to take my money. All we want is to pay our bill and get our stuff out :( this doesnt feel right to me and it feels like a loophole and flaw in this industry

Horrible customer service and the owner isn't understanding at all. The operator, however, is very understand and the entire sole reason why this business is even worth a full star. The owner will also bid against you. Very unprofessional, and pathetic. Even if someone absolutely needed a unit, I would tell them it's worth losing everything before you chose this business to trust.

Niagara Self Storage is a nice place to store you stuff. I had one of the small lockers. It was high with a good sized door that made loading stuff into easy. The locker was dry and there is a good secure fence with a passcode to enter. The people are friendly and great to deal with. I would recommend storing your stuff here.

Stored our travel trailer through the winter, secure property could see our trailer through the glass when driving down the QEW . Great rates too, we will be back next winter. Thank you for great service.

WORST costumer service I've ever received the owner was a complete disaster to talk to and the site has false information on it which he yelled at me about - even though he wasn't advertising correctly!!!! Pathetic
