We recently moved into a new house and had all out windows and doors I replaced by this company. The job was done properly with no extra fees and delays. Huge thank you Smart Choice Windows and Doors. Highly recommend this company if you need the job done on timely manner and properly. 5+++

Last year we had our windows, front door, and sliding glass door replaced. The installation went smoothly and products looked good. However, the front door began leaking shortly after, with water stains appearing on the trim at the base of the door. My husband called and tried to arrange a time for the technician to come and fix the door, but after a couple of phone calls the technician never called back. More recently, I called to try to reschedule the repair. I called three times over a week and a half and was told each time that the technician would call me back when he returned to the shop. He never did. Eventually the receptionist told me to email the owner to expedite the process. I did receive an email back and was told that the system would generate an appointment." I asked for the date of the appointment so we could confirm we could actually be home. It has been over a week and I have yet to hear any more news. Clearly this company is happy to respond when they can make money but uninterested in engaging when they are required to make repairs. We are extremely disappointed with the level of customer service we have received over the past year.Edit: It is definitely NOT caused by the mat by the door. We do not use this door regularly and do not have a mat. The trim was already painted using semi gloss paint. The leaking only occurs when it rains

Poor workmanship and overpriced. They came to measure my windows and never told me that they wouldn’t reinstall my very expensive shutters. After installing my windows I was told that I would have to get someone else to install the shutters. I had to pay $1800 because the windows were installed completely crooked. My windows had to be ripped apart and completely redone. The worst part is when I spoke to one of owners JOHN, I was really shocked that they took no responsibility and we’re not even willing to help with a third of the cost. Portuguese people are usually A lot more honourable sadly these guys were not. I will never do business with them again!!

We had two windows and a exterior door replaced and could not be happier the crew where very professional and courteous they showed up early and where done ahead of schedule and left no mess .The rest of your home has centennial windows and doors unfortunately as most of them have been reinsalled because poor workmanship during the insallation process and on top of that they cost double amount

The man I spoke with about having an exterior door installed at my condo seemed very uninterested in my business. He said he could call me back after he looked at his schedule and never did. I sent a message the next day to see if he had an opportunity to check his schedule, again with no reply. Business must be good right now and my job was too small.

Great prices and availability. Happy with customer service, ordered a set of doors that was stock but 1 was actually previously sold, they removed both doors from my bill without penalty.I do wish they had wider hours of operation.Will be purchasing made to order, non-stock, doors and will update afterwards; people need to understand you cant get Prime delivery on everything in your life, building supplies get delayed, lot of troll reviews about not receiving their orders exactly on time, communicate with respect and have realistic expectations people. You think the big box places dont have delays on custom door orders?????

Went to Proxima Command for my brother's birthday last week. It was a good test cause he and I are Star-Trek-trivia-winning nerds, but the rest of the group were decidedly not. Everyone had a great time. It's not so much an escape room as a bridge mission simulator. We got ourselves blown up a couple times before figuring out a) how everything functioned and how each role supported each other and b) how to function and communicate effectively as a team. In that respect, it was a very successful entertainment and learning experience! And my brother got to say Engage" and "Make it so" a bunch of times. So everyone wins.The concept was well executed especially for the first gen. The systems were all tied together much better than I'd imagined
