Kung fu school

I went to Paul Lara years ago for my level 1 & 2 Reiki certifications. I really valued his private coaching and guidance. I'm glad to see that he's still here helping people live more meaningful lives with the tools he teaches.

Awful !!! Sign on the door saying to contact owner so they can come open the store if you want to shop ( they could be there in 15 min ) who does that ?!?! But ok .... called ... the lady said she would be here in 10 min ... waited ... called again the second time nobody answered ! After 45min of waiting in my car we left ! Horribly unprofessional , waste of my time !

I currently train here. It's the best school because of their work ethic. Everyone is friendly too

It was so nice to have Sifu Yip and his students come perform for my daughter on her special day! They were the highlight of the night. My friends and family loved it!

L'école d'arts martiaux Patenaude de Sainte-Catherine est l'endroit que nous avons choisi pour donner une formation d'arts martiaux à notre fils. Il adore l'école et nous aussi. Il y va depuis près de 4 mois et il est toujours aussi heureux d'en faire partie. Les enfants y sont très bien encadrés et les enseignements sont précis, bien organisés et ludiques, tout en étant formateurs. Tout le monde est très accueillant et énergique. Les instructeurs sont toujours prêts à travailler de concert avec les parents pour donner aux enfants une bonne formation et de belles valeurs. Des activités (facultatives) de toutes sortes sont aussi mises sur pied pour donner la chance à tout le monde de se connaître et de partager de bons moments. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous serez bien accueilli et où vous pourrez vous dépasser, l'école d'arts martiaux Patenaude de Sainte-Catherine est l'endroit tout désigné. Je la recommande fortement.

After training here for just over 3 years now, I can say that this is one of the best martial arts academies in the Lower Mainland! Both head and chief instructors are very supportive and teach you in a way that's easy to understand while also giving you a great physical workout. I come out of every lesson knowing that what I've learned can be applied in a real-world self-defense situation. I'm definitely going to continue to train with the Shaolin Kung Fu Academy!

Wushu Project performed at our wedding recently and I could not have asked for a better team. Ash and Roy were wonderful to work with when planning for the big day. They helped to answer all my questions and accommodated our requests. Their performance at the wedding was fantastic and flawless, and left an impression on all the guests.
