The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish.The initial meeting was very informative. Mariusz was sure to listen to the features we wanted while injecting his knowledge and experience without the meeting turning into a sales pitch. It was reassuring to know that the person we were talking with was also the one who would be installing the doors and windows.The quote for the job was reasonable and seemed to align with competitors.We appreciated that practically every aspect and component of the job was Canadian. The manufacturers and suppliers were based in Canada, and we were supporting a local business.Once the product was in, the entire job was done in 2 days. The job consisted of replacing 9 windows and 2 doors, and installing a new exterior door.Mariusz and his crew maintained a relatively tidy worksite and were careful to discard of screws and nails in waste bins. The crew swept and vacuumed as they went. Most of the cleaning that we had to do afterward was dusting.The work crew was approachable and professional. They were clear in their explanations when finding and repairing water damage. Language in the worksite was kept clean.The end result is beyond what we had imagined. If we had to go through this process again, we would choose Walbert Windows & Doors without hesitation.

I did my homework when searching for my windows. I investigated over ten companies and when I finally made my choice to use Marius even the salesman at Ray-o-max/Polar Windows said, good choice". He's got a good reputation in the Window World. We had a very complex job with angled glass and triangular windows for our 30 foot high A-frame cottage. Marius and crew executed the job perfectly

Our project turned out to be very difficult with removal of windows installed in 1953 requiring grinding. Marius and his crew did a great job of dealing with this and installation was done properly with no corners cut. Windows are extremely good quality. I expect many years of enjoyment from these new windows. Huge improvement in the house due to them.

They answered all my questions (and I had lots!) with detailed knowledgeable answers.3. They paid attention to little details. I could tell perfection was their goal. The quality of work was excellent!4. They responded well to my feedback and ensured that I was completely satisfied5. They respected my house and took precautions to protect my floors and furniture. We chose Walbert Windows because we wanted a firm who take pride in their projects and wouldn't just sub-contract the work. In this firm the lead installer Marius is also the sales guy. He takes time to get your requirements, plans carefully, uses high quality windows, is trustworthy, and does quality work, while being competitive. The only glitches happened around getting an install date but once the job started, it was done fast and well.

We are very satisfied with the Windows and the quality of work. We recommend Walbert Windows to anyone who needs new Windows.
