As owner of A Laptop Shoppe I shop here for hardware ,great stock ,great staff, very knowledgeable, i bought some lock-tite and was explained how there was 3 levels and which one would work best in my application, very helpful.

Colby helped me a few weeks ago, he was SUPER helpful and very patient while I keep coming in and out looking for bolts that would fit my crossbars. Highly recommend, excellent customer service. Colby had greqat product knowledge and was very sweet.

Michelle Nowlan doesn't know her job and I don't understand why she's an assistant branch manager. I ended up wasting my time going to the SE store because of her lack of knowledge.

I would recommend The Bolt Supply House 3437 12 Street NE location. Ryan was very helpful with my order. This was my second experience; small order once per year, however the customer service and pricing was great.

I’ve been on and off the phone dealing with Michelle for the last couple weeks now trying to figure out what I needed for a project. Michelle is very knowledgeable, she knows a lot about different gradings of bolts. She was able to help me decipher what I needed to make my project work. They didn’t have stock but she was able to order it in. I picked it up last week and finished my project over the weekend and the fasteners she ordered for me worked perfect and they actually look amazing on my finished product!I will definitely be calling her again with any future projects.
