Sorry, not this particular store, but the company as a whole is terrible. Zero quality customer service when trying to deal with a purchased item that's beyond late and only offer a 10% discount on a future order worth no more than $100, but would have to call and be put on hold for 20 minutes before getting a discount hold for said future purchase.

By far one of the best Hardware stores with regard to ordering via telephone during the lockdown. The staff went out of their way to help and did an amazing job.HH is generally a little more price wise than bigger hardware stores, but their location relative to where we live outweighs the extra costs. Its a smaller store with narrow aisles so be prepared to give way and follow the store directions. Shelves are stocked and it has been rare to not find what I needed.

It's pretty tight space for semi truck. U must watch for entrance sign . The have portable dock at back . Better to come on time because there isn't enough space to park in side or on road . To unload ' they easily take more then 2-3 hours. ( in my experience) other than that they are extremely nice officers me free coffee while i was waiting to be unload.
