Robert is a master craftsman and takes immense pride in his work. We were having poor experience with a bunch of designers and contractors, before we lucked out when a friend referred him. Robert is unlike any other contractor we have worked with - he is transparent, honest, reliable and very methodical in planning every detail.Robert completely gutted and renovated 2 of our bathrooms, and also replaced windows and refreshed our bedrooms (including closet doors). He was flawless in every small detail and delivering a top class finish. A call out also to Lina @ Kitchen & Bathroom store in Mississauga for the design advise. We had spent money with 2 designers prior, but Lina came up with an extremely creative solve to out master bathroom's layout challenge and helped with the design.We are extremely pleased with how the project turned out, the photos do not do full justice to the outcome. Thanks again Robert and we are looking forward to having you back again for the next project soon!

These guys were great from start to finish. I am so glad I went with them. All the employees were super genuinely nice. Were understanding about my mixup with getting the window installed. The price was very reasonable in fact cheaper then other places which jacked the price after the initial quote. Their quote remained consistent. The technicians were prompt, efficient and were respectful of someone sleeping who worked nights! Just pick these guys.

From a professional pov they are atrocious. Company I work for purchases from them and they have terrible communication, and an order I placed mid July has not even shipped and it has no backorders. They keep saying next week, next week to no end. For reference it is the end of August, and I'm tired of calling about my orders to make sure they are taken care of

I was looking to have a2 window openers replaced in my front house large window as the seals had gone and went in to see Len after reading the good reviews and also wanted to support a local small business and he took my phone number but said they didnt need my e-mail. Within a week they sent a guy round to do an estimate and i told him that i would like a quote to replace the 2 openers where the seals had gone and while he was here could he do a quote to replace the whole window in plastic.After 2 weeks i had heard nothing so i gave Len a call and he gave me prices for the 2 openers and also a price to replace all the glass in the same window which i didn't ask for so i explained again that i need a price to replace the whole window in plastic.After another 2 weeks i had heard nothing so went in again and i was asked to take a picture of the window and take the measurements which i took in the next day and spoke to somebody else and asked if he could pass on to Len. Yet another 2 weeks went by and i called in to the office again and Len showed me the drawing he had e-mailed for the quote and nobody had got back to him as the guy has been on vacation but he will contact him and phone me back. I offered my email again but said it wasn't needed.So after at least 8 weeks of back an forth i still do not have a price for the job so i suppose i will have to go to The Big Boys" to get some customer service and i am very disappointed."

I have done alot of business with Lonnie over the years, and he has always been great to deal with. Top notch service is hard to find these days, but these guys delivery every time!

A huge thanks to Dave, Tyler and the crew at Island Glass and Mirror.The project was to turn our apartment den into an enclosed office space for work from home, with the two primary goals being reducing sound and maintaining natural light.Since we're situated in an apartment as well, the solution had to involve no drilling into the roof (concrete slab) or floor (lengthy strata approval).The team worked with us to create an elegant solution of metal and glass that works brilliantly. The team were friendly, and took great care and attention to detail to ensure the job was done right, and that it met our expectations.For any issues that occurred, the team took ownership to sort it out, and the customer experience was excellent.Highly recommend the team.
