Kingston Waterfront
I love and miss the waterfront. My dream is to live by the waterfront someday. Live in Calgary at the present and the mountains don't even compare! Beautiful city!

Superior National Forest
Great trails, can spend many hours here hiking or biking. Just wish there were more signs as when you get farther out it's easy to get stuck doing loops.

Kingston Waterfront
Kingston Waterfront is a nice and busy port . The Kingston City Hall and the Waterfront Park are places that people like to take photos.

Morgan Arboretum
A nice place for a walk along the trails. Quiet and serene, nature left to itself. The RASC has an observatory that is open for member events, and certain public events too. Check their website for upcoming events.

Cap Tourmente National Wildlife Area
6$ entry fees for hiking. The Cap Tourmente trail is hard. It's extra steep and it starts off with the highest incline.Gorgeous view at the top though

Superior National Forest
We did a 3-day trip in The Boundary Waters canoe area in the Superior National Forest. Very quiet and peaceful, only seen around 15 other people during our trip. There are no Motors allowed in the Boundary Waters so other than an occasional plane going overhead it was very quiet.

Accueil Lac Écho | Réserve faunique de Papineau-Labelle
Spent the weekend. Lac Echo is a beautiful shield lake with lots of Rocky shoreline. The camp ground itself caters more to outdoor enthusiasts that enjoy tenting. I kayaked a fair amount of the lake. Clear water. Nice beaches at the camp ground. The sites lots of trees. There is no electricity, running water but no drinking water. There are remote cam psites with access by canoe. Various boats are available at the camp ground. Buy firewood at the main gate. Limted supplies. The road access is all dirt with rough spots. The campground is well worth the rough access road and having to bring in drinking water.
