I had to get an engraved plaque for a memorial. On a very short notice. John went out of his way to work with Darrell and Fleurette (Embrun Custom Picture Framing) to get the product done on time. The results are beautiful. John thank you so very much for making this happened. True professionals!

Great experience! I purchased a glass beer mug and had something engraved on both sides of it. John was so helpful. He provided many different fonts for me to look at and finished the mug in no time at all!John also engraved two glass oil dispenser bottles with the letter A" on one and the other with the letter "O". This was a last minute request on my part and John was able to do it even though it was during the Christmas rush. Would definitely recommend "Thing Made"!"

John did an excellent job of creating a custom bench plaque. When I had concerns about it fitting, and I sent him a picture of the bench we purchased, he was able to figure out the dimensions needed perfectly. The fit was spot on! Super happy!

Highly Recommend!! Super professional, Amazing service, Great pricing.Very happy that I took the time to drive up to Russell. (knew I was coming from a further drive and he made sure to get it done then and there so that I wouldn't have to drive back so far!)Quick response, and sure went above and beyond my expectations.I was emailed all samples, and when I got there, showed me what my design would look like before even engraving the watch I had brought in (what company would take the time to do that!?)Thank you very much for your work! John is absolutely amazing. I needed a hockey puck engraved on a very short notice. He got it done beautifully in a matter of minutes and dispatched via XPressPost.Canada Post's AI bot messed up delivery, causing the item to be returned, but John engraved another puck and sent it to me right away.What an amazing service. Highly recommend!
