Eggnog latte was very sweet. Could not finish it which is very sad as I like sweet things typically and I LOVE eggnog lattes. My mom couldn't finish her's either.The cinnamon roll however was mouth watering.The atmosphere in this particular location is so awkward. I'm not a fan. Anyone who doesn't like being crowded or closed in would not like. It's very tight

Cannot comment on food or service as we were told there was a 45 minute wait time. I have never been patient to stand in line and wait for food so we went elsewhere

I love second cup and they usually make delicious drinks but the last two times I went; it was not good. Ice latte was not very tasty, and the frocho was literally tasteless. There was barely any flavour which sucks. Maybe there’s new staff? I don’t know, but they need to revise someOf their drinks..

A young blonde girl made me the best latte I’ve ever had last night and I think she deserves praise. If you see this , thanks for always being so kind and making great drinks! The girl with green curly hair is great too but I haven’t seen her for a while, I hope to be served by them both again in the future! 10/10 Staff, drinks , and atmosphere!

had a pretty good matcha (only because i have stopped buying their espresso bevs) but drink quality is INCREDIBLY inconsistent. i also bought a $5 cold brew and it really just tasted like old watered down coffee. disappointed one way or another every time :,)
