Had contacted 4 other plumbers a week ago for quotes to replace my gas fired Water heater. Two never answered my EMail, one attended next business day and gave a verbal quote (high) and the one with the most 5 star Google reviews said they do not give out free quotes but charged $129 which would be applied against the job if they got it. As I examined my current heater, I noticed Rite Tech had installed it 12 years ago. Called just before noon, Chad was just finishing another job and said he would call back in 5 minutes. In less than 5 minutes he called back and gave me a quote on the phone and he could start the job in an hour. It was a very competitive quote and I agreed. He showed up around 1 pm and totally finished by 2:30 pm. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend him for your plumbing needs. Thanks Chad. Much appreciated.

Fixed a leak in our gas fireplace. Fit us in on short notice. Was quick and professional. Will hire again.

STEALS PARTS. Hired him for a job couple years back to install all the plumbing shower components for bathroom renovation in basement. He installed most of it. But we paid him a price that included the shower head and components, along with installing toilet and faucet. We determined we would have to wait to get the drywall and tiling done for budget reasons. We tried to get the shower parts we paid for and he said he had to order in for us. He said they weren't included after we paid and I told them they were for sure and called twice for them with a receipt, no response. Went to go buy a new vavle and shower set later after we had tiled and drywalled the bathroom and the guy at Rona said he did install the valves from the set we bought and stole the head and other parts because now we have to take them out and replace them since they were only designed for the component that was installed. GUY STOLE PARTS WE PAID FOR AND THEN STOPPED RESPONDING not sure if he was trying to get hired again for the same job and hustle us or what. But don't deal with this guy.

Chad removed our old, blown hot water tank and installed a new one. Chad was on the job almost immediately. Great service and workmanship. So, it was without hesitation to call him back for our ensuite reno. He had (and we followed) his suggestions, sized up our job and prepped for it, then came back once we were ready to complete the task. Busy guy and it took a bit to get him back, but I also know what it's like to have a full plate, so no issue there. Personable guy, fair, knows his stuff, and he's even able to work with wannabe plumbers like me! Definitely recommend.

This is horrible plumber I never met. He said he install hot water tank for me today. I will pay cash. Then he never show up. Late he said he will come tomorrow .but I have to pay $100 more. Because tomorrow it is Saturday.

My hot water tanks started leaking. Chad was able to replace the units and recommended updates to prevent further issues and preventative measures. Highlights for me was his level of expertise and attention to detail, fair prices and an honest person.

Our general contractor used Rite Tech to complete the plumbing work for our renovation. The guy came out and had a very lazy attitude; he even said that he wouldn't do one of the tasks that we were going to be paying for him to do. Hard to find good workers these days.

Professional and knowledgeable, and was able to give me an estimate over the phone... which I greatly appreciated. some of the other places said it would be $99 just to come out and then could not even give me hourly rate from them, these guys gave me an quote, told me the hourly rate over the phone and in a day it was all said and done within the quoted amount. What more can you ask for :) Thanks!!

On short notice, Chad was able to come out and disconnect our old range and install our new gas range. We greatly appreciated how professional and seamless the install went. They went over above and we will be calling them again for future needs! Thank you Rite Tech!
