I wanted to move from BC to Shediac or Moncton. I contacted Craig, described to him my needs and he quickly responded and signed me up for real estate updates. He gave a thirough picture of the market here and drove me around to see the places I was interested in. He is very personable which made the experience of house hunting enjoyable. His advice and knowledge of what I had to do to transition here was beyond just the home but also on how to get utilites, cable, internet etc. Once I made my home choice and the bid was accepted he guided me through a final house inspection and arranged for fixes to the short list of items. He provided to me the best lawyers in town that could do the legal work. Every time I had a question Craig was prompt in responding. Craig is awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable! He not only took us to the houses we requested to see but also took the time to show us around the various communities we were interested in. He knows New Brunswick very well and was able to answer all of our questions. We were from out of province so we really wanted to see the various areas - Moncton, Dieppe, Shediac and Riverview. I would highly recommend Craig. He is very customer service oriented and clearly wants to find the right house for his clients. We met Craig though another agent who was helping us in another area. Everyone wants to sell a house, and he's no different, but when we met for the first time, at a potential property, he nailed it with the same things I was spotting, and then some. Turns out that he's also a practiced home inspector. The short version is that he wants you in the right house, armed with as much information as he can to ensure that you can make a comprehensive decision.Shutting down on that property, we went back into Moncton to have a better discussion about what we were looking for. Very personable, he was a pleasure to talk with.Unfortunately, there just wasn't much available for us at the time.Over the next coupe of days, he feed us listings, but none of them were right. What can I say; we had criteria and he tried. There was a couple of potential homes in the list, but those fell to location.We did buy a house, near Fredericton, but not through Craig. He would have come to show us the house however, we'd already seen the property with the agent who referred us to him. Had we not already seen it, I would have called him.
