On a Sunday evening I noticed a tree leaning precariously towards my neighbor's house. I did not think I would get anyone out on a Sunday evening, but Brandon came right out and assessed the situation for safety. He came back first thing Monday morning and took down the tree. I had already made peace with the fact that my fence and part of my shed would be damaged and probably my neighbor's property as well, but he was able to lay it down right next to my side of the fence, away from the shed with minimal damage to anything. It was all very best case scenario for what could have been a dangerous and expensive situation. I highly recommend Earthworks Tree Service.

Christopher showed up early to our appointment and waited for me (because I was late) his knowledge about trees and tree issues was incredible! He explained the problems that my trees were having and detailed a plan to restore my trees to the beauty they once had! I will continue to use Earthworks Tree Service throughout the life of my trees!

Earthworks impressed me right from the start. The arborist who came to discuss the job and build out the bid was thoughtful and helpful and the conversation I had with him was very informative. I was impressed when the foreman, Brandon, showed up a month later with a detailed written plan that exactly represented what I had discussed with the prior arborist. Brandon and his crew did a fine job of revamping three overgrown trees that have gone 10 years without a pruning. He worked with me to be sure we didn't lose the privacy offered by the overgrown plum in the back yard, took down a massive trunk that had compromised a neighbor's fence and threatened their roof, and revived an ailing alder that has struggled in recent years since being topped by a storm. We took two bids for this job and Earthworks offered the better price and was here and gone in three hours, leaving a clean site.

Christopher came out and inspected a large tree that we were concerned about. He was super knowledgeable and honest — he told us that our tree was healthy and didn’t need work done, even though Earthworks could have made $1,000 removing it. It’s great to have an actual arborist who cares about trees doing these assessments. We appreciated Christopher’s time and expertise, and we will definitely call Earthworks the next time we need any tree work done.

Earthworks tree service skillfully managed the removal of our hazard trees in challenging weather conditions and locations. As certified arborists, they were helpful in assessing the health of trees on our property. It was worth the expense to have the work done expertly and safely with the proper equipment. The crew was friendly and respectful. They raked and chipped all branches, leaving the grass and driveway pristine. They gave me all the chips I wanted; it is a valuable mulch for shrubs and trees.

Brandon and his crew are professionals and obviously take pride in their excellent work. We've had them out 3 times now and each time they exceeded our expectations and seemed to take our requests to heart. They felled a giant cottonwood a few feet from a structure with precision and when we asked them to convert a couple dead trees to wildlife snags their finished products were works of art. We're already planning our next project with Earthworks. I give them my highest recommendation!

Christopher was very helpful in suggesting ways we may be able to save the trees. Though the percentage is low of saving them, we are going to try. We have a reasonable quote if they need to come out.
