It’s 6:40 on the day after my hip replacement surgery, Dr Johnston was at my bed already to check up on me and remove the bandage. Prompt service all the way!I am a 74 year old male who was in a lot of pain for more than a year. I choose Gateway to put an end to my misery and give me a new lease on life. At my age I can't afford to lose another year on the BC waiting list of ten months, so I was looking around for alternatives.Taylor and Jennie's speedy email responses kept the momentum of my application process going thereby moving me towards that elusive goal of an early surgery. They are an order of magnitude easier and faster to deal with than the competition.After reading up on Dr Johnston I had no choice but to go with Gateway. Went to get some new steel boots today and at the recommendation of some co workers I tried work boot warehouse on regent. Service was terrible/non existent. Went to marks next and finally to Canadian footwear on st. Mary’s rd. I was greeted by Todd who was phenomenal, unlike the other 2 places they had everything in my size in stock, he measured my feet, took the time to recommend different options, opened them up and pulled out the insoles to measure against my feet, he even laced them up for me. Todd was fantastic, a true professional. Exceptional customer service, highly recommend.

After visiting a few other doctors - this was by far the most attentive, thorough and knowledge sharing clinic we have been to. My mom has had burning feet due to corns. This clinic was attentive from the moment we walked in, completed a full and thorough assessment, cleaned the hard skin on her feet much more thoroughly then any other and provided good advice/education on what she should be doing to help her condition. Fantastic service and would definatly recommend.

Absolutely amazing Clinic. Friendly, knowledgeable and very caring! Dr.B and Dr.Preeti are second to none. The front desk staff is always warm, welcoming and accommodating. The support staff are very insightful and personable. I would give the clinic 10 stars if I could! Treatment from HealthMax has brought life back into my lower back! Could not have asked for a better Dr, staff and overall team experience! Bravo
