Hearing aid repair service

Went to get my ears professionally cleaned after experiencing hearing loss. I tried to do the procedure myself with over the counter products for 3 days with no luck.At Smart Buds, the procedure was quick and easy (around 15 minutes for both ears) and my ears got completely cleared out without any pain or discomfort. I was actually experiencing a bit of sensory overload for the first 20 minutes after I left because I could suddenly hear exceptionally well and needed to get used to it!I booked an appointment online and got an appointment the next day. The pricing was also extremely reasonable and now that I know this place exists, I will definitely go more often!If you notice you get build up of wax, I def recommend coming here for relief and hearing improvements.

Having played in a pipe band for the last number of years as a drummer, and realizing the need for ear protection, I made the decision to obtain some musicians ear protection. I am a new user of these earplugs, and have found them to be of benefit while playing with the band. Pipes and drums can be very loud at our practices, but the plugs allow me to hear my fellow bandsmen, and still be able to play to the sounds we need to hear for the unison in the drum corps and with the full band. Thank you Argus Audiology for your suggestion to obtain and wear these protective devices. My career as a drummer can now continue , I hope for many years of listening and playing pleasure. I would strongly recommend these, and I am seeing more and more fellow players wearing ear protection – truly good “sound” advice!

Exceptional service !I arrived early and was delighted to be welcomed and attended to as soon as i appeared. Time is precious and every minute was used efficiently and effectively .Brian's approachability, availability and vulnerability were all noted and appreciated. These three characteristics BTW are whar Winstonchurchilll said were the characteristics of an effective leader. Brian instsntly generated trust and confidence in his expertise.Of special note is his wisely suggesting I return in a couple of weeks after i have placed drops of olive oil in both ears. They were so clogged with wax that he had real difficulty removing it. what he was able to extract involved considerable pain and his sensitivity to my discomfort and his overall empathy amplified my appreciation fo rhis professional skill and interpersonal caring.Debbie's friendly and professional greeting and welcoming was also noteworthy. The office was clean , tidy, and comfortable.I look forward to my next visit when I will be able o experience the actual testing of my hearing. Fantastic! The audiologist Christie is great. Very professional and helpful. First time I went to a Hearing Service centre and I'm not pushed into buying devices. Prices are more than fair and honest for what I needed. No rip off here... also the staff in the front area is very nice and friendly.Strongly recommend
