We installed a Panasonic over the range Inverter microwave oven (model NN-SE284S) in Feb 2015. It could not heat and operate the timer at the same time! 9 months later it stopped working, and the high voltage invertor board was replaced under the warranty. The same thing happened in June 2019, but this time we had to pay for the board. Later that month the door would not open and we had to get the tech guy back. Now the door has stopped working again. I read somewhere that microwave ovens should last 10 years. Some joke!

poor customer service via email message on the website; seemed that my questions was not read carefully. A short answer regarding concern over finish flaking on the inside of the door does not warrant recommending I research who is nearest repair facility in Canada ($$). Is no one minding the store?

I bought MIcrowave from the Bricks, Model NNST74LS, cost us about CAD$250. We followed the instructions in the user manual to bake potatoes, and the shaft was melted. It has been only used 3 times since it was delivered to us.The bricks asked us to look for Panasonic as they were not responsible for the incident. I called Panasonic hotline and the operation and customer service are totally messed:1. They told me that they would send me an email to request for some info for their investigation. The email was never sent out for one month until I called their hotline again.2. There was no response to my email for about 2 months' time. I called customer service, and they said it was still under investigation. They will reply to me by the end of day. But no email was received after that.3. I emailed them and said I would fill an complaint case, and they finally replied. But they said it is NOT their fault. It is safe and normal!!! They asked me to pay for $227 to exchange another model if I want. This is definitely the worst company I have dealt with. I won't buy any Panasonic products in the future.

If you're interested in purchasing complete garbage then I would recommend purchasing a Panasonic microwave. I purchased a microwave 16 months ago and it already has died. Good luck trying to get this thing fixed or getting involved with someone you can speak with at panasonic. You're gonna get an automated phone line. They don't warranty the product over one year. Repair people won't even fix it. Panasonic wants you to buy a new microwave every year for Christmas. I'll never purchase a Panasonic product in any category ever again. Furthermore I'm going to pass on my experience to my friends and loved ones

I emailed customer service via the Panasonic Canada website. I wanted to find a compatible cordless phone handset to expand to my existing phone base. I never received a response from Panasonic customer service. This is nothing new with Panasonic customer service. Several years ago I emailed them for a shipping related question, and they never answered my inquiry. Some products are excellent, but customer service seems to be absolutely useless and out of touch with its customers. As long as they get paid, that's all they care about.

Picked up FZ1000M2 2 weeks ago. Phenomenal so far. Went to website for more information on the camera. Very easy to use and navigate, thank you. The product replaces a 14 year old Cannon Powershot. Unbelievable how far the bridge cameras have come across the board and very pleased with all that the FZ1000 functions that it has. Great test coming in the next weeks with low light situations, looking forward to learning and growing with the camera. Didn't want to go back to the days of camera bodies and myriad of lenses.

We paid premium to a well known brand, but the quality was not good, the customer service is terrible. My breadmaker died and they refused to fix it for me. I will never purchase anything from Panasonic. A big lesson learned.

Horrible Service: My Panasonic Trimmer ER-GN30 stopped working after 5 months. It carries a 2 year warranty. I replaced the battery twice, but it still didn't work. When I shake it, it works intermittently. I think the battery doesn't fit snuggly, as I can hear it moving when I shake the device. Panasonic Canada referred me to Professionalelectronics.ca. for free" warranty repair. When I contacted them I was told to

I bought a new microwave 6 months ago. Although it is big, heavy and noisy, I don't complain too much given that it is only $190.Two days ago it stopped heating at all. The support web page has a notice of temporary network issue dated back to Feb 17 and won't give any service center location information. Called Panasonic Canada several times in two days but couldn't get through at all, looks like the number is suspended ?Is Panasonic Canada permanently closed or what ?Update: Tweeted Panasonic North America, got a reply asking for detail, replied with details, and haven't got reply.Panasonic Canada's support page still shows network problem, and the phone number still says the office is closed. So basically I have a Panasonic product that is well under warranty but there's no way to get the warranty honored.
