Pet funeral service

It’s so difficult saying goodbye to your pet. My baby passed away during the Memorial Day weekend and my vet as well as other places were closed. They took my baby in right away and when I picked her up, everything was so beautiful. The box, the certificates with her little paw print and nose. What really touched my heart was they gave me a heart shape container with some of her hair which I did not expect and although it broke my heart, I knew she was well cared for with them. I cannot thank you enough for your services during this difficult time. It made the process so much easier.

They are compassionate, respectful and accommodating.My baby passed away during the midnight on a Friday night leaving me devastated, not knowing what to do. Upon some comparison among available services on the weekend, Pet to Nature responded most promptly as I started reaching out to different service providers the next morning on Saturday. I found their pricing most reasonable for a small pet. They were able to come pick him up within 45 minutes after we talked, at no extra cost, which was also one of my biggest considerations at the time as I really wanted someone to take good care of his body but I also knew I was not in a mental state well enough to be driving to drop him off.I was able to arrange the last viewing in a few days and have him cremated (aqua) and I brought his remain home in 2 weeks with a cute plant in a pot at an additional cost.Saying goodbye is really hard but they have made it easier for me.

Ordered product in August. Never received any items. Never returned any messages or emails.

I cannot thank Paws at Rest enough for their help during such an awful time. It was so hard saying goodbye to our 13 year old dog after a very quick decline. I was relieved to call Paws at Rest on a Sunday before a long weekend and have someone pick up the phone immediately. They made availability for us that day. Francine was so incredibly helpful, supportive, and empathetic. I was so happy my kids were able to be a part of the process - having time to say one last goodbye and give our dog a long hug, picking out urns with her in the room, and knowing they would get a paw print and a bit of her hair added extra comfort.Francine responded to my email questions immediately after I sent them, and even reminded me to send in a photo for Maria to use.When we returned to pick up her ashes, we were greeted with a beautiful framed photo of our pup with a poem, a really lovely drawing on a placemat we got to keep, and even a plaque for the memorial wall. My kids have asked if they could visit the garden every week and Francine said of course. I am so glad these two amazing people offer this service.What a difference it is from the passing of prior dogs where we get their ashes returned in a cardboard box. Even before I had picked out the main urn, her ashes were displayed upon arrival in a velvet bag.Everything about their process is tactful, respectful, and full of care. It's easy to tell that they are in this for all the right reasons, and we were so lucky to have called them first.Thank you Francine and Maria.-Cali and Fam <3

We will be forever grateful for Sharon’s presence and guidance in the loss of our 13 year old lab, Chloe.Sharon handled our beloved Chloe with such care and comforted our family. She is a sweet woman who truly cares and understands the tragic loss of our loved ones. She was flexible and accommodating to meet after hours and sent beautiful cards with Chloe’s footprints to our children. Thank you for being there for us Sharon.

I unexpectedly lost my cockatiel tragically on Jan 31st/20. Since we may move at any time made cremation a better choice for me over a burial. Vicky helped me with my loss and was very understanding and empathetic at the loss of my bird and we really connected over how much we love our pets.Vicky went over the services that they provide for cremations, and how and when my dear bird's ashes would be returned to me. She was clear, concise, and calmed many of my anxieties about the procedure.The team picked beautiful feathers as mementos. Everything I got to bring him home was beautiful and appreciated.I am so thankful to have been able to use your services to bring my baby boy home. I had an amazing experience at Westshore Pet Clinic with Dr. Klein today. The clinic was beautifully maintained and it even smelled great! Dr. Klein took the time to thoroughly explain everything and offered multiple treatment options without unnecessary upselling. I was amazed by the amount of time he spent helping to clean out my pet’s ears. We didn’t feel rushed through the exam and felt like our pet was in great hands. I would highly recommend Westshore Pet Clinic and Dr. Klein for veterinary care.

They renovated this place recently and it looks amazing. Really modern. Meeting rooms, projectors, elevator, screens, fireplaces... Haven't seen too many funeral home interiors but from few that I have - this one is the best.Oh and staff is extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I came in to ask some questions with no intention to buy anything - yet they welcomed me, made me a cup of coffee and gave me a smile.

Everyone always talks about first impressions. And while they are incredibly important, sometimes the last impression really matters most.I never wanted to have to call Eternal Companions. No one does. But I'm so happy I did.When our beloved, 16-year-old cat Marly suddenly passed away we needed to find someone who could help us with our pain and begin the healing process.We could not have found better people. The first impression, was filled with compassion, caring and understanding. And so much patience, allowing us to grieve before saying our final goodbye.But it is the last impression that really made this experience truly special.Months after having brought Marly in I returned to pick up some additional things. I was greeted with so much warmth, and dare I say love. Just as I had been the first time. It was almost like meeting friends again. Truly special. And very rare in this day and age to have such a genuine and authentic level of customer service.So, would I recommend Eternal Companions? The answer is absolutely. Without a doubt, I will recommend their service to anyone and everyone.I do hope that this review helps many people begin their grieving journey. It most certainly did for our family.
