All started ok with the estate of my mom, but in the end not so good. Waited 2 years for final payout of my mom's estate due to waiting on government certificate. The approximate amount was known per documents signed 2 years prior. Finally received the certificate and was delivered to the lawyers. They sat on their hands for a month before I called the lawyer to find out what was happening and she proceeded to tell me that I was receiving approximately $24000.00 less than I was expecting because of an error THEY made 2 years before and she implied over the phone that my calculations were wrong and somehow it was my fault that I was expecting more. They never contacted me EVER to discuss a mistake, and make it right and resign documents until now, 2 years later. I do understand that sometimes mistakes get made, but isn't that why we hire law firms to take care of these things? What really irks me about all this is that NEVER did the lawyer handling our case or anyone else from Anderson & Company offer an apology! Pretty sad in my mind. Take it for what it is, thats my experience and I'm not very happy with the way things unfolded in the end.

Neil and his staff are super helpful. Were really on the ball with estate planning and such. Used them several times in the past for a lot of various things and they always do a great job! Also do notarizing too
