Justin, the technician and Jeffrey, the manager came over to fix my humidifier that has been out of service for over a year. The original company that installed it could not find parts and they eventually went out of business.Both were intent on getting it working. All the parts were checked and they had it working with a temporary fix. We are waiting for replacement parts that have been ordered to come in and complete the fix.I was very happy with their work and making sure that all will be good. I am having them take care of all the maintenance for my furnace and water heater now.I highly recommend them. Good work guys!I have to add more...The replacement parts came in and Jeffrey called right away wanting to fix the humidifier. Curtis came over the next day, replaced the parts and made sure it was working well. replacing it would cost over $1400 and this fix was just a fraction of replacement.I'm happy they are taking care of all my equipment.Its one year later and I had a couple of things that needed fixing. I happened to be close to their business so I popped in to get an appointment. Jeffrey came out to greet me and made sure Curtis would come out to take care of me. My on demand water heater wasn't working properly and my steam shower was leaking. Curtis came by and took care of it all. He remembered what I have installed in my home and was as pleasant as ever. I really like the way he explains how my equipment works and how I can check on a few things to keep it all running better and save myself some money.Excellent service.

Lowell, our service technician, was excellent! He was fast to get back to us, and was there to help in a short amount of time. He was cool and collected, knowledgable and fast in the repairs. Highly recommend!

Long time customer. Keep coming back because they are timely, responsive and stand behind their products and services. In July we had them install a bidet attachment to toilet. Installation took about 30 minutes (cost $243). The next day the hot water connection leaked. Called and they responded quickly and repaired. The next day hot water connection had a slight drip.Called and they responded as requested. It was a faulty internal seal and they replaced. It is now bone dry.I find One Hour Plumbing very reliable. They provide quality service but if there is a problem they will stay with it until it is resolved to your satisfaction. I continue to recommend them.

Mike P. did an excellent job replacing a main shutoff valve, installing a bathroom tap and upgrading lines, clearing pipes and checking my furnace. He was very thorough. The company sent a photo of him and a bio to me before he arrived. I really appreciated that. I will definitely use this company in the future. Thank you.

The shut off valve on the hot water line to our dishwasher started to leak. As we pay an annual fee to be a Preferred Customer of One Hour Plumbing and A1 Heating, which waves their $150 dispatch fee, we called One Hour Plumbing to come and repair it. They arrived at the appointed time and the plumber advised that the shut off valve needed to be replaced, and while he was at it the water line should be replaced. I had checked the price of the two parts and they were about $40 so we told him to go ahead. The repair took less than an hour and our discounted bill was $303. If we were not Preferred Customers the price would have been over $450 for $40 worth of parts and one hour labour.Buyer Beware

Prompt and well-mannered, I found Chris Erickson of One Hour Plumbing (Access Plumbing) to be a very competent and knowledgeable technician, thorough in his repairs and explanations.  Eager to offer assistance, Chris was more than willing to answer my questions, address any concerns, and took the time to look over a previous plumber's repairs.  Obviously passionate about his trade, Chris offered recommendations without being pushy.  I greatly appreciated Chris checking his work and then reviewing the completed repairs with me before leaving.  Finally, One Hour Plumbing has an involved manager who took the time to come by and assess a previous plumber's work and repairs.  Based on a great overall experience with One Hour Plumbing, I would certainly use them again for my plumbing needs.

Chris was amazing. He repaired our water heater in less than 45 minutes. He was courteous, friendly, and even loved our puppy! We have signed up for their loyalty program which is a terrific deal. I'd recommend One Hour Plumbing any day. Awesome job!

Overall, I am very impressed with the service I received today from “One Hour Plumbing.” After my hot water tank sprung a leak, I was able to get speedy service from the company. Everyone was very courteous and professional from the receptionist, service desk to Chris Erickson, service repair person. Chris and other members of the One Hour Plumbing team took great care at my home to ensure care, and attention was given not to damage anything and to ensure floor protective covers were placed with other preventive measures. The workmanship was excellent, done efficiently and carefully. It's not always easy to find a company today providing excellence in quality, service, and customer satisfaction. However, One Hour Plumbing hit the mark right on. I have no reservations recommending this company to others.

Hands-down best plumbers in Edmonton. I've used them twice now - and the last time was for an emergency AC issue that they bailed me out of quick. Their pricing is fair and you can expect them to arrive & fix the problem quickly without hassle. You can't miss their bright vans around town. Call them when you need plumbing help, they are the real deal and you'll never use another plumbing company again.

Had my mothers furnace and water heater replaced, when it was done I thought I smelt natural gas, but the supervisor said it was not. However on Sunday my mother complained, called ATCO because she had a headache and the smell of natural gas was there. ATCO emergency came ASAP, and confirmed that there was a natural gas leak, as one of the connections was not tight. Thank god my mother is alive. I would not recommend this business to anyone, We have the ATCO report, so I am not lying, I could take legal action, but why waste my time with this business. I would like a formal apology but it will probably never happen because all these guys care about is more revenue and not customer satisfaction. Do not use these guys.
