Phil was amazing to deal with. We called him with an urgent request as our only printer ran out of toner and couldn't find any anywhere. We googled and found TNT toner and while he didn't have any in stock he was able to promise it to me next day! It gets even better.....He personally went to Purolator and delivered it to our office to ensure we had it as soon as possible!! You can't find customer service like that anymore. He now has a new customer for sure. Thank you from Added Touch Towing :)
