The team at Pest Detective did a great job last year dealing with carpenter ants and the warranty coverage follow up this spring was exceptional. They work effectively and are very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Well no response yet but I just wanted to let everybody know that I found a beautiful beautiful blue jay and perfect condition no reason why he should be dead but I'm thinking maybe the squirrel maybe knocked him out of the tree and he fell down under the deck cuz there's no blood or anything

Very happy with service! Terry is honest, experienced and there were no hidden cost. All cost was paid after my services; he never asked for the money before he completed his services at my house. I called Terry 10 minutes before his business closed, out of the 4 businesses I called in my area, he was the only one who answered. He was able to explain to me in detail about what I might have to do. Terry also scheduled to come see my house the next day. He presented his business card to me when he first arrived at my house, to my amazement his business has been operating since 1983! He was able to pin point my problem and set up a trap the same day. He is experienced and gave me tips and predicted what other areas raccoons were trying to get into my house. That evening, the raccoon was caught and Terry came to pick up mama raccoon. Terry also gave me suggestions to clean up the area the raccoon was living in. He never pressured me to add more services but he did explain to me the benefits of cleaning up the feces, etc. He suggested his co-worker Brandon. Brandon took care of all the cleaning the next day. He was quick and thorough! The smell was A LOT better after he cleaned out all the old contaminated insulation and deodorized the area. New insulation was put in and everything was sealed; even all the garbage insulation was taken away by Brandon and co-worker. I watched the whole process, it's not easy work! Both Brandon and Terry took a lot of time and patience explaining to me the whole process; since I have no knowledge in this area. I would definitely recommend their services! Very thankful for all their help!
