YWCA Montreal

Room is small, but it's very cozy. Enough room for clothes and a computer with lots of desk space. Communal showers are not bad and neither are the restrooms besides some very minor issues with the stall locks. There are some very minor issues with the room (mirror light doesn't work and the wall next to the bed has some slightly concerning spotting which I will need to get fixed), but thankfully there is a way to report these things and get them fixed as soon as possible without any additional charge :)

Clean, simple hostel with comfortable beds, a great kitchen, friendly staff. Good wireless. Dining room has good view. Great location close to metro and 747 bus. Good value and profits reported to go to ywca programming. Also: all genders welcome. Recommend.

Good for the price! The room was clean and comfortable. The shared washrooms and showers were nice - private stalls, with benches, hooks, etc. - and also clean. The location was convenient - close the a metro station, and the cafe attached to the restaurant was good for breakfast. My only complaint would be that it was very hot in the room and we couldn't seem to control the temperature.

Zero complaints, friendly staff, good room for the price, clean, with amazing AC! Location is great but! I don't think there's any parking provided, so I had to pay for overnight parking nearby, which was pretty costly.

Room at 7th floor had got comfort of good 3 star hotel

The YWCA is the best hotel you can get for this price range (100$ for a double bed room w. private bathroom and AC). I stayed there for 3 different trips in Montreal in the past 2 years and I am always very satisfied with their service and the quietness of the place. The rooms are extra clean and the walls surprisingly soundproof! It is perfect for someone like me who might be in bed at 9pm or go out to a bar and come back at 3am. Although this hotel is no place for ''room parties'', its location (downtown MTL and close to 3 metro stations) is great to go out nearby and come back later.I give them 5 stars since it's affordable and overall very worth it.

Excellent service and location. Very helpful staff. It was a very enjoyable experience. There is no washroom in the room but it should not be a hindrance to one's stay if use of the room is mostly for sleeping the night.

Very pleasant experience for the price of this room. Location is central in downtown Montreal. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely consider this hotel again next time I am in Montreal.

Excellent, clean rooms with lots of space. Great location downtown with lots of restaurants and shopping options in near proximity.

The Y has clean, comfortable rooms at a very reasonable rate in an expensive city. It is in a good location near a variety of dining and shopping as well. The shower was a bit small, but the water was hot and plentiful. I would definitely consider staying there again.
