I put down a deposit on some appliances, made arrangements to pick them up by a certain date and the owner sold them. Really??????? He said more are coming in but my schedule is completely messed up. BAD customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No compensation for this. POOR management in this competitive space. Don’t waste your TIME or MONEY. The pre order was under my husbands name - you know what you did and how you conduct business. If you can’t find the order I guess this means you do this all the time??? At least admit to your poor standards. Ignorance is bliss I guess.

I purchase fridge ,stove,dishwasher and microwave for my condo.The service was excellent and the delivery was timely. The manager was very friendly and cordial. Even though the location was far from Mississauga. I was very please with the professional service I received from the manager.I will definitely recommend TAD. Thanks Darren Denilson

Called Shaun to inquire about the availability. He was quick to respond. Upon reaching the store, he gladly price matched and beat it a little. Proposed an upgraded model, which we liked and bought. The store has a loading dock. So was easy to load into our F150. Overall, great experience.
