I had the pleasure of being helped by Ms. Hickson. It was a very demanding issue that she helped me with. She showed a lot of patience while helping me which didn't go unnoticed. Ms. Hickson's display of customer service at this BMO location is what makes the drive past 3 other closer branches worth the effort. The branch manger Ms. Gullo was also very helpful.

I don't believe I received honest service from the adviser I met with. I have great credit but was told I only qualify for a line of credit with a very high interest rate. I immediately walked across the street to the 2 other banks and both offered a line with half the interest. This experience made me feel that someone was trying to take advantage of me.That being said, the staff at the customer service desk are fantastic! They are extremely kind and worked hard to make my experience pleasant and efficient.

Review is not directly with the bank branch, but instead their terrible customer support via phone. Make sure you block off a better part of your day to get someone assist your simple query. I followed the voice prompt to the department I wanted to reach and still got transferred 3 times, and still unable to get someone to assist me after waiting for over an hour. After being on hold for an hour and 30 minutes, I hanged up. I am glad I am not doing my banking with BMO.

Mario Corvaro is knowledgeable, professional and provides excellent customer service.Having already a mortgage and being satisfied with BMO, my husband and I went to the branch for a mortgage for an investment property. Thanks to Mario the mortgage process went very smoothly from the start until it was finalized. So far, it was the best experience we have ever had when dealing with a mortgage.

So I visited this location for the first time to open a business account, We met a staff of the bank by the name Dillon Warda. First impression matters a lot, and he exemplified an impeccable representation of the bank He was patient, attentive, resourceful and takes his time to explain clearly and carefully, he gave me a great impression of the bank. I give a big thumbs up to the bank if their employees have similar characteristics.
