We had used Finished Basement Plus to finish our basement and loved working with them. They were always professional, and a great value. We thought we had a foundation leak. One company came in and told us we had to rip everything out and install an elaborate system connected to a sump pump, and have someone else come in and wire it to a dedicated breaker. Brock from Basement Technologies came in, quickly identified that it was unlikely a foundation leak, and found a leaking drainage pipe behind the insulation. He then referred us to a plumber. Although we didn't use their services, they saved us thousands of dollars. Thank you again!

I recently bought a home with a fireplace. I was unsure how safe it would be to use it - so called to have someone come look at and potentially clean (if necessary) my new fireplace. Jim came over and was amazing. Very professional, honest, and went through everything with me and answered every question I had. He spent extra time to show me how to use and clean the fireplace. I look forward to calling him for future cleanings and inspections for my home. I would highly recommend.
