Sparlings Propane

If I could give a zero star, I would. Please stay clear of this company. We were misquoted, tried to install different equipment than was purchased, installers made a horrible mess of my house resulting in hundreds of dollars in damage. After 5 installers and over 9 months of fixing" we finally had hot water. Then the new products failed and was forced to fix myself. Just recently we had a relay short out because the wires weren't tight. Everything that could have gone wrong

I ran out of propane early November but I was on auto delivery and the tank (300) was 80% full in September . It doesnt make sense, did the driver even fill it any propane?? Between Sep-No i have to pay aprox $1400.00 for propane, that's insane. I paid for furnace techinician thinking it was my furnace since i had 80% propane in September and I use it for heat only but no I had ran out propane. The driver who came to refill this month was very rude. I have phoned the office to report the whole incident and I have been told that there's nothing they can do. I'Its so sad that Sparlings is allowing an employee and the system to treat each so bad after what we the world has gone through the past 2yrs. m looking for a better company that will appreciate their customers and treat them with respect.

WORST customer service. HORRIBLE experience was charged over $300 to pick up their tank and I live less then 10 mins away. EXTREMELY rude personal when I asked to justify the cost when all other companies are less then $200, was told by Erica" well thats the price

I thought it was just me until i read all these 1 star comments. I doubt any of them. Terrible service. The office staff or far from being on the ball. I dont trust them amymore and going to look for another supplier. My neighbor has the same issues with this company. Unreal.

Completely took advantage of a Sr Citizen. Management did not even have the courtesy of returning a phone call. Office staff was great and understanding however no effort was made to reach a billing resolution thought at least 10 calls were made. Ultimately Sparlings sent the bill to a collection agency. Terribly unprofessional and disappointing. I will make every effort to share my disappointment regarding Sparlings Propane.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Long story short I ran out of propane on Christmas day. I was calling for 2 months to set up automatic deliver(which i was supposed to be). On dec 14 I said I would not make it to Christmas and that I'll need a fill, their response was they would try" to get me by December 21. I am an automatic fill customer !!! Stay away from sparling if you need them to heat your home ! I have emailed the Customer service email stating I had issues and have received zero response. You see in their responses in their bad reviews to email them. If they answered the problems of their customers and didn't seek out bad reviews for answers

Scammers my tank was leaking they left me without heat for a week and then then after I change the company and asked them to pick up their tank took them a month so basically, if you thinking to take a Service from them, just run away

Although we are on a automatic delivery and we have had to call from time to time primarily as a result of extra usage of our pool heater, deliveries have been timely and customer service pleasant. Recently at the expiry of our contract Sparlings was extremely fair in managing our expectations.

I just get an email that sparlings wants to go paperless for their bills. Yes, I get that and it's important to help the planet. What I don't appreciate is the way they they're doing it.. telling us they're going to charge a fee if we do not agree and respond to their email...no nice incentive like a lot of companies do...to me this is shady business which shows the company is NOT looking out for the best interest of the people they serve, the people who keep their business running. . especially after a 0.30 L price hike.. find another company folks, once you're with them you have to at a fine to get out, and it's not cheap. In the last yr I'm realizing how this is such a shady business!

WE HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO PAY OUR BILL. THEY LOST ONE CHEQUE & COULDNT FIND. BOTH TIMES WE WENT INTO PAY, NOBODY WAS THERE TO TAKE PAYMENT, OR ANYBODY THERE TO TURN ON COMPUTER. WHAT A MESS.
