RedTail Landing Golf Club

This is a great course. My first time here was great. Its a prairie course with some tall stuff so if you’ve got a slice bring an extra ball or two.

Played Red Tail for the first time today, took my dad out for a round for his 65th birthday and could not have been more pleased, the greens were a tad slow but were damn near perfect for this time of year and will definitely be back.

The pace is a bit slow and some days fast, extremely inconsistent ( 3hr 45min to 5hr 15min round 4sum pack days Saturdays) Good to see a Marshall... However, not sure if they actually talk to anyone to ask if they can pick up the pace. The beverage cart was seen a good amount on a few rounds others you might not see them all back nine. Beverages are limited so if you want a chelada or something along those lines you'll be disappointed. Liquor can be a bit steep as well. Found people didn't seem to follow the cart signs or fix divots. No rakes in the bunker is a new trend, I'm not a fan or if there is they are limited. The driving range is included in the round but the dispenser is disappointing. 5 dollar voucher for food is nice, used to be 10. I'd play again... hoping for a faster round... Probably not.

This course is immaculate. I thought it would be really difficult but I had a great round. Staff is so friendly and helpful, this course is gorgeous!

We had a wonderful time at the RedTail Landing Golf Club this past weekend! We booked the convention hall for my daughters 21st birthday and it was an excellent space, we hosted around 150 guests and there was ample room for everyone to dance, eat and enjoy! Our amazing Chef Chamika helped us tremendously with the menu and getting all the details of the event into place, he truly helped us turn our ideas for the party into a reality! The manager Francis also gave us his utmost support before, during and after the celebration, with the set up and even helped us with hosting the speeches for our daughter and her friends. Our party was a great success thanks to everyone at RedTail Landing, we couldn’t have done it without you! My family and I highly recommend this club for anyone wishing to have a genuine team to work with and to have the party of your dreams come to life. Thank you so much!

The staff were very pleasant, but the course was really poor. The fairways were dismal and the greens were not much better. Not at all what I was expecting for a $105 round of golf.

This course is ok. For sure worth trying. Not 5 stars as one of my favorites. But better than 3 for sure. Some challenging holes with lots of bunkers and some water to navigate on a few. Decent Clubhouse and patio area is small but works. Good practice area with a bunker and multiple putting and chipping greens.

Great course. Excellent food. Fast greens. Tricky for a new golfer but always a good time.

I hadn't played RedTail in about 4 years and while some things about the golf experience had since changed, my round yesterday afternoon (Sept. 8) was exceptional. From the greeter at the bag drop, the driving range (best in the city bar none), the food and service in the club house, and of course the conditions of the golf course itself were all top-notch. I had heard that RedTail wasn't in the best shape the last couple years, but whatever issues they may have had were definitely taken care of when I played yesterday. Again, the course was in phenomenal shape.I especially enjoyed the chat I had with the head pro prior to my round about the removal of the GPS systems in their carts (the only downside to the experience) and some of the details about the business of golf. That was both fun and interesting.All in all, this was five-stars all the way!

Redtale Golf Course was a solid option for an early season round. Although the grass was not as lush and green as it would be later in the season, the course was still in decent condition for spring. While the course is relatively open, there are still enough hazards and challenging areas to provide some excitement on the links.During my visit, the customer service was consistently friendly and helpful. The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. The beer cart was a nice amenity, offering a good selection of beverages to keep us refreshed throughout the round.I grabbed a roast beef sandwich from the concession stand between the front and back nine. While it was a bit dry and basic, it served its purpose as a quick bite to hold me over until the end of the round.Overall, Redtale Golf Course provided a decent golfing experience for an early season round. While the grass wasn't as lush as it could be, the course still offered enough challenges to make for an enjoyable round. With friendly customer service and a convenient beer cart, it's definitely worth considering for your next golf outing.
