Friendly and helpful staff who made phone calls to check details for us. No public washrooms, but washrooms available in building next door. Cold drinks for a dollar!

SO helpful!! This is the best tourist information center ever! People are very nice and helpful. It ticket system, when you get there, you get ticket then your number will be called and talk to the staff at counter. you don't wait much. Moreover, there is a forein exchange place inside of the same floor. The gentleman is SO stylish and handsome you don't wanna miss him. ;)

Orangeville Visitor Information Center
We came into the Visitor Information Centre when we arrived in Orangeville. We expected to pick up a few pamphlets and we on our way. Little did we know how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. They spent a good 35 minutes (or more) with us and provided us with many maps, routes, tips and recommendations.Very professional but relatable staff.

Terrace Visitor Centre
Although the visitor center was an open today as it was Sunday, potable water and free sewage dump was available. I give it five stars for that and for their art that they have installed outside.
