Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

Four of us booked an appointment, and they managed to get all four of us with pedicures and manicures out in 2 hours. Efficient service. My only complaint is that they were unable to do the nails that I requested, I wanted an ombre nail, but they told me they don't know how to do ombres. Other than that, they were good.

My daughter went in to get acrylic nails and they did a horrible job. FYI Tina, the nail tech was shown a pic before hand and she said yes she can do the style she was shown and then didn't. The nails were curved like a Hawk and the polish and acrylic job was patchy, lumpy and bumpy. I went in for a refund, had a discussion with Tina, about the horrible job she did for 2 hours, she kept trying to put the blame of her work on myself and my daughter. She told me in the moment if i took a pic of her nails before she cut them and wrote a review she wouldn't give us our money back. The pic attached is after she cut them and it doesn't do it justice for what I saw.

The first time I went to this place I really like the job the Cuban lady did, she really work very good, the second time was bad they cut me, I stop going, but but couple month ago I went back, and I like it, the lady did a good job.

Had an appt. From start to finish, she rushed through it in 17 mins. Did someone else while I was drying, and then I had to ask her to clean up around the cuticles because of the sloppy job. Been coming here for a while, but will not be returning .

I've been going to this nail salon for years. The staff are always happy and laughing which makes for such a positive environment to be in. I've always left very happy with the services I've recieved. Mainly manicures and pedicures. I'm also a people watcher so having it there in Walmart helps me just zone into the environment and people around me instead of being plugged into my phone scrolling like a zombie.

Had an appointment for 3:00 and waited maybe 15 mins while they finished up the previous customer. I got a full set of acrylic nails with shellac and a small decal gem on an accent nail. Took about 1:20, lady was very nice and took her time. Nails look beautiful. One nail is slightly crooked but not noticeable and I wish they gave me some hand lotion as my hands and nails were very dry by the end of it. All in all, pleasant experience and especially with their stamp card I will be back.

I got a shellac mani pedi, also used the massage chairs they have there. My back hurt for days after using that massage chair… I’ve had these nails for one week and they’re already peeling and the matte coating cracked off on day one. They seemed angry to have to do our nails. My friend got bio gel nails and 7 of them ripped off within 2 days. It’s also a little uncomfortable to have everyone checking out at Walmart watch you get your nails done.. but that could just be me. They also took two customers in for eyebrows in the middle of my manicure so I sat there for an additional half an hour waiting for them to finish that.

I went for a pedicure, the staff barely spoke to me. Then I got cut, which I understand MIGHT happen, the staff didn’t apologize. Then when the pedicure was over the dead skin on my feet was still there, which was the whole purpose of the pedicure. When I spoke to staff about it, which I never have the gull to do, they said “sometimes it happens like that.” I am so disappointed
