I had a really great experience at this location. Aliya was super helpful, kind and very friendly upon entry. She helped me decide on a new deodorant. She delivered knowledge and expertise on the product. Definitely recommend this store if you're looking for quality items with great customer service.

I was very glad to see such a wide variety of essential oils and other high quality products on one site. What a bonus that it is Canadian based and priced very well, more than other sites. My order was delivered sooner than expected, which was a bonus! I was very pleased with the service from Sunrise Botanics and will reorder again in the near future. Highly recommend!

Went there for a makeup and hair styling for a photoshoot. They did nothing I couldn’t have done at home. Hair was basic and not exactly what I asked for. They also left my curls very stiff, I looked like a doll (and they did say that but not what I was going for) I asked for some vintage glam with a cat eye, no cat eye nothing vintagy at all. I also didn’t have time to stay and make them fix it. I wouldn’t waste your money if you can do your own basic makeup and curl your own hair.

You start to feel amazing the minute you walk in this store. The aroma from the diffusers makes you feel like you are in heaven. They have great aromatherapy products. Highly recommend this store.

Suite à une chirurgie pour enlever un gros lipome dans le dos , j’ai fait des adhérences qui me causaient beaucoup de douleurs .J’ai recherché une ostéopathe près de chez moi sur Google et j’ai trouvé la meilleure.Solène Chevrier est en plus d’être ostéopathe , elle est aromathérapeute .Elle est aimable , sympathique , très à l’écoute de nos problèmes .Elle explique bien le déroulement de la séance du traitement et nous donne des conseils après nos traitements si besoin .Je vous la recommande très fortement ..

I came into the store for gift items for a family member who loves Saje products. Due to the times, I was very hesitant to stay long and intended to be in and out for 3 minutes. Iwas greeted and approached by Kylie warmly and was put at ease with the conversation. She was open to providing product information, reviews of majority of the items from personal use and suggestions for the gifts. The amount of her product knowledge and first hand recommendations was impressive as it made a huge impact on my current and future purchase selections. Kylie made the experience pleasant and light, especially compared to other stores at the mall.I recommend anyone looking around and/or shopping at this location to greet Kylie. She will provide a positive vibe, great smiles and kind assistance.Thanks again, Kylie. I appreciate all the help and your product research on your own time. Keep up the awesome work.

Although a lot of shopping is done online, I do prefer the in person shopping experience at Saje. The demos of their products really help you understand how they work and which ones to purchase. We missed out on the boxing week sales (of which, online deals may be better). But that peppermint oil waits for noone! Thank you to the staff for all your help

PATHETIC customer service. I ordered 2 30ml oil blends that after tax came to about $130. On my order page, it said I would receive a confirmation email and tracking number. After a couple of days I did not receive the email or tracking number. I called their “customer service” line 3 times, over 3 different days, and left 3 different voicemails expressing my concerns. Not once was my phone call returned. About 5 days after my first phone call, I sent an email to their customer service email address. My email was answered that same day, to which I thanked them for being prompt and we were able to sort out my issue with the location of my oils. In my last email I was sure to express my negative experience in regards to being unable to get ahold of anyone at the business for 5 days. Not only did the company not apologize, offer any kind of compensation or did anything to make it right, they just simply ignored my email altogether. After spending $130 at this company they couldn’t even have the basic decency to ensure I received the proper information in regards to my package, or apologize for their poor customer service. I had a friend who was planning a large order with Escents, but has since decided against it due their extreme lack of respect for their customers. I’m not sure who is responsible for the customer service at Escents Aromatherapy, but they need to be highly reevaluated. Pathetic.

I had the pleasure of having Lou come into my beauty lounge and experienced her Aromatouch Massage and it was such a wonderful experience. At first I didn't know what to expect as I didn't know much about essential oils and what an Aromatouch massage entailed. I always prefer deeper physical massages working out the knots and muscles in the body but after experiencing this type of massage I am totally coverted. Lou's gentle touch in combination with all the different oils she used had totally put me in such a relaxed state. I am a business owner and there is always things on my mind so I find it harder to relax but this defiantly did the trick, I fell asleep fairly quick and woke up at the end of the session very refreshed. I highly recommend booking a session with Lou to experience the Armomatouch Massage if you don't know what it is!
