Had a great experience looking for an engagement ring at Spence Diamonds. I had been looking online for awhile, as Ive been told it would be cheaper (budget <$4,000). I was about to order a ring, however, we decided we should just check out Spence Diamonds first. Am I ever glad we did!You’re able to freely try on all display rings and there’s always someone around to help answer questions if need be. Drew helped my partner & I out. He was very friendly & extremely knowledgeable of the rings & diamonds. He thoroughly explained everything throughout the process clearly. We found the perfect ring, which was below budget and cheaper than what I was about to pay online. I highly recommend going to Spence to look for a ring!

I just had my first experience at Spence diamonds and it was amazing! The customer service was excellent. My sales consultant, Lori was amazing in helping me find the perfect fit, she went over all the details on diamonds and their creation and I was blown away by the amount of information she knew. We originally purchased our wedding rings from Spence Diamonds many years ago. We were very happy with the who buying experience. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and my Wife Diana was right by my side from the time I got ill, each treatment, and every day since then. Had a great experience with the team at Spence Diamonds in Calgary!A few months back, my fiancé and I went into the store so he could get an idea of what he liked and his ring size! I didn’t get the name of the salesman that helped us at that time, but he showed us a bunch of options and was really great! I went in on June 7 to buy a ring and I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to get, which made it easy! Scott helped me this day and made the process of purchasing the ring super quick and simple! The ring arrived today (faster than expected) and I picked it up right away. I love it! I was a little worried about sizing as my fiancé was between a 7 and 7.5. I went with 7.5! They said it’s within 30 days for complimentary resizing, but because my wedding is July 14, they said they would put a note on my file to allow an extension for resizing as they wouldn’t be able to guarantee I’d get a ring back on time before the wedding (in the chance we do need it resized). I appreciate them doing this for me!All the staff I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful! I appreciate the opportunity to go around to the different cases and try on the rings as well if you’re on the hunt! I’d recommend them :)

My fiancé and I had an awesome experience at Spence. Drew was so kind and welcoming. As a queer couple it was so nice to walk in and instantly be respected which, up until that point had not been our experience ring shopping. Our budget was respected and we both found rings that we love. The only think that kinda gave me the ick was the heteronormative signs in the bathroom... maybe those should be re-thought

What a wonderful purchase experience from Mark! This expert was truly focused on helping us find the right ring, and just as importantly the right diamond. Lori helped my husband and I pick out diamond earrings for my birthday, today! She was so friendly and easy going she made the whole experience lovely. I was a little nervous walking into a jewelry store to purchase diamonds for the first time, but Lori and Shelly talk with you as if you’re old friends, and they gave lots of information on the type of diamonds I picked out. Can’t be happier with my overall experience and will definitely be coming back in the future!
