My mother and I visited Laura's in South Point Common store 00196 in red deer December 28th. We had an exceptional sales associate help us by the name of Jennifer. She worked tirelessly to help my mom find clothes for and up coming Cruise. She was super positive and listened well to what we were looking for, brining us clothes we had overlooked. We were so very grateful. Jennifer is a real star and a benefit to the Laura organization. We look forward to seeing Jennifer again.

I had a wonderful experience on Monday! I was greeted by Jennifer. She was so friendly and very helpful. I appreciated the time she took to get to know me a bit. I found exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Jennifer for the wonderful shopping experience!

Service-Plus Plus Plus! My deepest gratitude to RED DEER LAURA'S store, their manager Cindy and staff for their efforts in accommodating my daughter and I with our shopping experience. I am unable to wear a face mask, but through the efforts of Cindy and her team at LAURA'S in RED DEER, my daughter and I were able to enjoy our shopping experience within the parameters of AHS Requirements. Cindy reviewed my purchase history (trust me, there was a lot!) in advance and had a rack of perfectly curated clothing suited to my style when I arrived! (She nailed it!) We are living in a time whereby people with disabilities are uncomfortable entering stores because they do not know how they will be received. Heartfelt thanks to Laura's, Cindy and her team for finding a balance that made my daughter and I feel valued as customers and made me feel respected as an individual with a disability.

I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but I have to say that this store is phenomenal. I have managed a women's clothing store, and the staff here goes above and beyond, the clothing is exceptional, and there is something for every shape and size, I brought my daughters into the store and we are all very different in shape and size, and the daughter that hates clothing shopping because of her size left ecstatic because she found clothing that she loved from a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have 3 very faithful customers here nowThank you
