After weeks of searching for a hottub,Iam happy with sundance..Thank you to Sue and Scott..The support is great..even though we are still learning they sent someone out to teach me and any questions I have they are there for you..Great team for set up too!

Last year we wondered into Aurora Outdoor Living for pricing information on the Arctic Ocean Swim Spa. Connie was very helpful and took the time to provide us with a quote and answer our questions even though we were nowhere near ready to purchase. We remembered the great service and knew it was where we wanted to buy our spa when the time came.In April, we contacted Connie and Within one month, we placed the order and received our hot tub. We were provided with all costs up front and no surprises. Gary and Connie were even able to accommodate our request to have the swim spa delivered in time for us to enjoy over the May long weekend. Gary and his employee Kurt were both very professional and skilled when it came to the delivery. None of our grass was damaged which we thought was unavoidable. Since delivery, Gary has been to our house a few times to bring start up supplies and test the water, we could not be happier with the service provided and have been enjoying our family time in the tub :)

R&R Power & Leisure is Exceptional to deal with. Jason was very professional and prompt with taking care of my needs. His knowledge was second to none. I would highly recommend Jason and R&R.

Buyers Beware! I'm not sure if any of these glowing reviews have had a problem with their tub, but the second you have an issue their tune will change! I have never been spoken to so rudely by a manager / owner (unbelievably) in my life. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect at $12,000 hot tub to be under warranty for the first year without having to fight about it. Be careful to ask all the right questions around there after service care. Don't be left in the same position that so many other of their customers have been left in. I haven't heard one glowing review from anyone who has had to have them back after their purchase. We have reached out now multiple times with no response. I'd be happy to hear what you are going to do.

I purchased our sauna in August, Anna told me I should get it before Xmas, so when I received a call that is ready in October I was presently supersized. Anna is very knowledgeable about saunas and their benefits.We have been using it now for about 6 weeks and we have noticed major benefits. My husband suffers from chronic back pain, doctor wanted to fuse 3 of his vertebrae in his spine few years ago. Ever since he started using sauna he feels much better and most of the pain is gone. He also has problems with his sinuses and trouble breathing, just 30-45min in the sauna a day got rid of those problems. I have trouble sleeping and falling asleep, days that I use sauna I have no trouble falling asleep and relatively fast as well. I highly recommend getting a sauna and dealing with Saunacore. When it comes to infrared heaters have to be careful where they come from, with Saunacore you know its all from Canada and there are no harmful materials used.

Amazing experience dealing with the wellness shop at Jacuzzi London from start to finish. They delivered on every promise from delivery, set up and installation. Freddy was an absolute pleasure to deal with, the customer service was top notch and the main reason we chose to shop there! We are beyond happy with our J335 tub and Sedona Gazebo we purchased to keep us out of the elements while relaxing. We were lucky and took advantage of their red tag sale, saving us a bunch of money, far less than anywhere else we looked. Incredible personal service from purchase to delivery to set-up! The Jacuzzi team were excellent, Mike in particular ensured we were kept up to date on our delivery. Many companies today are battling supply chain delays - not Jacuzzi - delivered as promised. Product is high-quality - totally recommend Jacuzzi!

This was such a great experience! The drop off was great, it comes with everything you need and it is SUPER easy to use. Just make sure to take your water in with you (for you and the rocks) because it gets hot and steamy! We had it up to 80 degrees Celsius and it was glorious at - 6 outside. I can't imagine how great this would be when it is -30! I will 100% be booking this for January/February when it is really cold.

We have always received fantastic service from Jacuzzi. Whether it's in store or with a service call, every one we encounter is professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and the quality of their hot tubs doesn't even begin to compare to that of their competitors. For every house that we have bought, the first thing that we do is put in a Jacuzzi hot tub. We are Jacuzzi people for life....nothing else simply measures up!!
