Love this salon! Nail tech Michelle is diligent and precise plus has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere! The owners make good conversation and don't ignore you. It is well worth the jont from Penticton or farther!

Sarah at Nail Envy is awesome at her craft. She is welcoming, friendly and creates an all around great experience. I highly recommend Nail Envy if you are seeking a new nail technician. Sarah takes her time and ensures you leave with exactly what you asked for.

Thida did a great job with my nails! She took her time, and was very attentive to all the details I showed in the reference photo. Great service, was very happy with my nails!

I really wanted to like this place. Gave it a second go even though the first time, they didn’t fully remove the dead skin and they made a mess of the polish on my toes. Went again for Mother’s Day and while I enjoyed the convenience of them being open on a Sunday, it felt very rushed. The girl doing my toes drew blood while city my cuticles and now hours after my pedicure, the polish has bubbled. I’ve never had shellac polish bubble before. If you don’t mind being herded in and out like cattle, give this place a chance. I never will again. I’ll gladly go elsewhere.

L’employée qui a fait mes ongles était pressée, bâclait et était très bête. Mes doigts ont saigné car elle est allée trop vite pour limer! 55$ pour des ongles très ordinaires avec un service très ordinaire. Je suis déçue :(

Went here the other day to get a brow wax. I found the woman that greeted me at the door and the waxer to be quite snotty & rude. Maybe because I looked a tad bit of a mess that day. Nonetheless, I found them stuck up.

They are in such a hurry to get done , you have no time to relaxe and enjoy your experience!! And my nails were not even !! Also they are way over priced for the lousy service! I would not recommend.

A couple days before our wedding, we rented out the space for our family and some bridal party members to get mani/pedis, a total of 9 people. Everyone had a great time, and they serviced everyone at the same time - no one was waiting off to the side until another staff member was freed up. They were quick and high quality! They also serve drinks which made it more fun. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a group pamper session ahead of your big day!

Tried Hamman for the first time and cant wait to go again!!! My skin never felt so smooth!! Massage was great too and the therapists were wonderful! Great experience!

I really recommend this nail place! I started coming here a few months ago and the staff is super kind and accommodating. Amazing pedicures with hot stone massages and very talented nail techs! I recommend Carrie for manicures and Linda for pedicures, although I wouldn’t doubt that anyone else would do a great job as well!
