TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Made an appointment to open children's bank accounts. Nobody was available despite the appointment. Seemed clueless as to what had gone wrong. No apology or offer to reschedule.Called me Dave in the response. Not my name. Went to different branch and had a great experience. Dundas St Branch was professional.

I've been banking at TD for almost 20 years and I have never seen it go so wrong as it has in the past few years. The ATM at this branch goes down all the time. The doors are now locked so you can't use the ATM after hours anymore. The ATM is not accepting cash deposits. The lines are long and slow if you have to go inside. Most questions get met with blank stares as though you're speaking a foreign language. Convenience is out the window and a thing of the past here. It all a pain in the neck, now.It used to be a better run bank and now it's terrible. We're talking about switching ALL our finances, chequing, savings, credit cards, loans and lines of credit... to another bank because of how far down this place has gone.We DON'T recommend this bank!

Dealing with this branch for a mortgage application has been very disappointing. I have found them to be disorganized, unable to maintain appointment times, and there seems to be a severe lack of communication internally. Though they were apologetic, it still does not solve any of my issues. From my start of a mortgage application over 5 weeks ago up until tuesday, which is when I learned it had not been submitted, I have been dissatisfied. During those weeks I had left multiple messages in the general voicemail (none of which were returned), had to return to the branch multiple times for either their inability to see me for a scheduled appointment due to backlog, they had forgotten to photocopy the back of a key document, or simply because nobody was returning my calls. Once I was able to contact our representative, I found out that the main cause for delay was due to an unforeseen circumstance he had run into which was out of his control... understandable. However, a representative who was appointed to take over and submit our application in the interim never did. Ergo, we missed out on the rate that was promised to us and were subject to the more recently introduced higher rate just missing the deadline. Due to their negligence and disorganization it was going to cost us significantly more to get a mortgage with a bank I have been dealing with for 17 years. My experience with this branch's customer service has left me considering a new bank altogether. I suggest that if you are a TD customer, you deal elsewhere if you want any sort of guarantee that the work that must be done on their end is actually completed.

I have been a loyal client of TD now since 2014 and never in my life have I ever had such a bad experience with a branch. I will NEVER be returning to the wonderland branch and EVER again! I am even considering closing down my multiple accounts with Canada Trust! I have never been treated so poorly and made to feel like I'm lesser of a person. I even spoke to branch manager who did nothing at all and didn't even seem to care about the issue I was having! Long story short I left the wonderland Branch being told they can't and won't help me and went to another branch were they helped me instantly and made things right. They told me that there never should have been a problem in the first place.

I've faced multiple issues in different channels (easy line, with branch staff) but Nathan, that works at this branch, solved my issue in 2 days.

By far the most unprofessional staff I have come across. The personal banking associate I was interacting with was extremely unhelpful, made empty promises and never bothered responding to my follow up emails.

A clean, welcoming atmosphere and always greeted with a big smile and hello from staff members. When I made an online appointment to discuss some banking options and financial advice, my adviser was very honest and knowledgeable and took his time to go over and explain every details and any questions I have had during the process. So far I haven't had anything to complain about visiting this particular branch and appreciate friendly staff members!

Went in just before Christmas to open a business account and was told by the bank manager that someone would be calling me to set everything up. Three days before Christmas, no call! Needed this account opened by December 31st 2021 so I called the branch. Manager was on holidays , was told to hold on to speak to the assistant manager and was re-directed to the automated answering voicemail. Left a message, no call back. Called my guy at the Strathroy branch, had me in the next day and he did everything in an hour. Very poor service from the Wonderland branch when time was so very important!
