Apartment rental agency

We have been here in a 1+1 for 3 years and find building to be clean and well kept. Any issues (minor) have been addressed by Sandy, Amy and Jason and we are very glad to have friendly good reliable assistance from them.No issues with bugs or major appliance issues. Happy with building, only sorry we lost the 24 concierge BUT the mgnt is now next to front door so someone always available if needed.

!!!!!!SCAMMERS!!!!I WAS a potential client that is very unimpressed by the unprofessional practices showed by your employees. I have submitted an application form to rent out a two bedroom apartment at 839 Roselawn Ave which was advertised for $1,599 monthly (screenshot of their website below). I have signed forms explicitly saying that I am going to rent out the flat for the said price. However, after submitting the signed forms, photocopies of Identification cards, SIN numbers and my money order for the first-last months pay, I got a call from the landlord of 839 Roselawn Ave (Irma Bogdani) that the manager actually called her to tell her that the price should be $1779. I went to her office to talk to her and clear out why your company is suddenly increasing the rent price and not following the advertised price which is on your website. She told me that this is above her pay grade, and I should talk to her manager—who is by ther way: not answering any phone calls. Irma mentioned that her manager said that “the price is too cheap for the neighbourhood”.Anywho, I am emailing you to inform you about the “Competition Act” of the Government of Canada. If you take a look at the Section 74.05 of this act, it clearly states that the sale or rent of a product at a price higher than its advertised price IS PROHIBITED. In the future, I suggest that your company and your employees follow such simple instruction and honour your advertisements especially ones that are on your own website. It is a good idea that you ask your employees to double check whatever they are posting on your website to avoid misleading and scamming your clients. This is to ensure that you don’t waste the time and effort of your clients and potential clients as well. I understand that your asking your clients to be honest with our application forms, but honesty is a two-way street.

This place saved my life when I left my ex. They moved me in right away, and always made me feel safe and secure. Great location. also, I LOVE LINAS!!!!

The location is very convenient, but the management is ridiculous. My unit had the floor sticking out, cockroaches and mold on the wall, and all I heard from the management was “we don’t know when we will repair it”. The treatment for the cockroaches was so poorly done that the cockroaches kept coming. The floor was never fixed because the real problem is the quality of the building, the doors and windows are not sealed properly so the cold air gets inside the unit, and inside there is the hot air from the heater, so I had a lot of water coming down the windows, creating mold on the wall and going under the floor, causing the floor to stick out. The worse experience I have ever had, it’s just not worth the price. Run way from this building!

De l'extérieur l'immeuble semble un peu bisard, mais une fois à l'intérieur, on y trouve des appartements très classe. Parfaitement décoré, panier de bienvenu, cuisine bien équipée, etc. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter.Aussi, l'immeuble est situé à quelques minutes d'un grand carfour commercial.

We have been residing here for a while now. I just have a few things to say. The management is unprofessional, and completely biased. They have their own way of making policies and then applying them only to certain respective residents. I am very unhappy by their unethical behaviour. In addition, if you make a request they straight disagree or disregard any views you may have. Hence, I do not recommend 10 Lisa street for a rental apartment to individual's who want to have a peaceful life and breathe.

I have lived here 7 years and the amount of secondary personnel turn over is huge. I hope Nancy and Jarvis stay. I find they're very polite with all tenants and work very hard at keeping all the buildings clean, they are very professional at their jobs.

Sent them all documents they needed and they just stopped replying and completely iced me . I even followed up with an email and nothing. This is very unprofessional! Not how a company should treat anyone!
