Divine Flooring

We knew Divine was the company we wanted to work with for our Reno as soon as we visited the showroom and they did not disappoint. Overall we interacted with probably 5 or 6 of their team members and each and every one were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nathan S. was our project coordinator and was great throughout the process providing excellent communication and doing whatever it took to ensure we received an amazing final product. We could not be happier with our new renovation and how well it turned out. Thank you Divine team, you are the best!

We used Divine Flooring to for our living room around 5 years ago so did not think twice about using them for our kitchen. We visited the showroom and receive very friendly and professional service. Jennifer (who is wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable) came and surveyed our kitchen and we were provided with a prompt and very reasonable quote. They removed the 17 year old ceramic tile very quickly and efficiently (this was the part we were dreading the most). Divine handled the dumpster delivery and removal with great communication with me. The flooring was then laid and the whole job was completed in one day! Amazing! It looks fantastic and I highly recommend!

First off, there store front is beautiful and fun to look through. They have tons of great product to choose from. In this case I called divine flooring looking for a tile I found online. Randi was able to find it for me and get me a sample within the week! The price was comparable to anything we saw at home depo or other tile stores. We loved it and ordered. They helped arrange a quick pick up in Calgary so we could get started on our project! Randi was SO helpful even sending emails on her day off to make sure pick up went smoothly.Our experience with Divine flooring was perfect. We will defiantly be back with our other flooring needs in the future!

we purchased a build with divine flooring doing the flooring as well. If anyone has a builder using divine to put in there flooring, avoid.kate the sales rep did not seem to understand a builders credit and for us to pay the difference of what we choose. She wanted to charge us full price and then deal with the builder in getting credit. We would have been chasing our money if i did not insist she clear this misunderstanding up with the builder. She did about a week later. No apologizes for her misunderstanding.once we moved in quality of work was very poor. 3 spots on the main floor had massive gap and u could squish down as you walked. another 2 in the pantry and one more upstairs in the master bedroom. Its been well over a month and they still haven't come to fix it.I asked one of the management from the builder if he would use divine for his house if he had the option. He said he 100% would not.the reviews prior stating they do poor work is 100% true. I'm not very confident they will do a good job even fixing this mess when they do come fix it.update as of may 19, 2021.Flooring continues to be an issue in the same spots as well as new developments near the patio door. Divine has been on the property a total of 3-4 times attempting to fix the issue and it did subside after multiple visits to only arise again in the same areas and new areas in the last month. The builder they work with Akash homes sends a representative that says it's laminate

We recently upgraded our carpet with Divine and they were great! Heather was accommodating and prepared for our appointment, easy to schedule install, and the installers were quick, efficient, and I think did a great job. We loved the selection for upgrade choices at many different price points. I would gladly refer my clients to Divine Flooring for their future flooring needs!

When we first met Nathan at the store we were given first class treatment! Nathan was very patient and did a great job helping us find the perfect vinyl plank to replace our worn and dusty basement carpet! Nathan gave us an estimate of the time and cost and pretty much stuck to it. His team were in and out in no time. From removal to installation the crew did an impressive job levelling the floor and ensuring everything went smoothly. We were very impressed with Nathan and his crew.Thanks again Nathan!Trish M

They charged $150.00 for assessment (15 minutes)for a creaky sounding floor built by LookMaster. Divine Flooring did not do anything!Reply as of Feb 23, 2022To the Manager:I read the response in my review of your company. Your response states that you cannot do anything to fix the issue that causes the creaky sound on the flooring of your installers. Then, requested me to email you and to contact you to discuss. If you say you cannot do anything, will you charge me again and discuss and for what?I find that people who work in your company are not solution driven nor customer service focused. The lady I spoke to before was very quick in telling me the charges, etc but no follow up for any solution to the issue. I work in Healthcare. When I do assessments, there is a plan, a solution to the issue. Your company may be OK with installing floors but not in resolving issues/concerns once this comes up. Owners like me have to search for reliable contractors to fix the issues your installers messed up.I put in the review in Google so when people check your company they will not be frustrated as I am in dealing with your very poor performance. I also included LookMaster as it seems that they subcontract your company but take no responsibility for any concerns. The buyer/homeowners are on their own once they get the full payment for the house. I took the warranty up to 5-7 years and paid extra for it but they say the issue is not included in the warranty or the warranty is over.I do hope no one will ever experience this situation with your company.Erlinda C. Recently experience my vinyl floor separated, in order of weather conditions and house movement in winter time, customer service was excellent in order to address my issue, very professional well done.A special thanks for Erick Martinez, amazing skilled and talented individual .
