This is the worst bagel I’ve had! I Ordered a whole wheat super nova (smoked salmon with cream cheese) the bagel was so stale like it’s been sitting there for a month. They we’re so stingy with the cream cheese, there was barley any cream cheese. Definitely NOT worth the $10 AT ALL. Very overpriced. I will take Tim’s over this any day. Very disappointing.

I ordered bagel with egg and cheddar cheese for 5.99 CAD plus Taxes. In my opinion this is expensive for what you get ! a basic bagel with egg and cheese even no coffe or tea included.

Went here right before the lunch rush and it was fast. The menu didn't seem complete. The menu said it would be $3.70 for a bagel with butter but then I was charged $1.70 so not sure where the pricing was for the type of bagel I got.The place was clean and service was quick and dry. The bagel itself was warm with butter on the paper bag as well.I'd go there again because it's conveniently located outside the subway station.

I’ve ordered today a bagel with bacon, eggs, tomato and lettuce and got something different. No bacon as apparently the menu which they displayed is not up to date… I paid 4.99$, this amount I confirmed on the POS however, I was charged 5.64$. Don’t know why and was too late to ask as I left the place.Will not recommend or try again as it looks cheap for what you get …

Save yourself the waste of time and just go to tims. Bacon was warmed up in the microwave, the lady was using metal tongs to mash the bagels into the toaster and then pull them out.

I got a salmon bagel this morning, the lady barely put any salmon and when i asked her to add more she kept justifying that it was enough and she cant add more because that would be a second portion and she would need to charge me. Also she was so cheap with adding onions on the bagel too! This is an 8$ bagel and if im paying a premium price for it, there better be a good portion of fillings. Very dissapointed will not be coming here again.
