Kawartha Credit Union

Very disappointed in how the banks basically push people out they don't want in their establishment. I went in to set up a new account and possibly see about borrowing money in a loan. When I got there I was told that I wouldn't be able to get a loan she just kept going over all these different fees. At the end I have realized our banks and government are not here to support the working class citizens. I couldn't even open a bank account and I had all of the things I needed. A complete waste of time. I pray canadian banks realize people are dying because these people will not help them

Very pleased with Kawartha Credit Union.We recieved our first mortgage from here last month, with a really good interest rate (to our surprise!)Tanya is absolutely wonderful at answering questions and is also super quick with her work.Thanks again to everyone there !

The hours need to be later during the week. I have to drive my mom to the bank and I finish work at 5.

At a time when customer service is something that is going by the wayside and knowing your name at the bank is a thing of the past there is the Kawartha Credit Union. Personally I have been lied to mislead and showed no personal service by the big banks. When I walk through the door at the Kawartha credit union I'm always welcomed by friendly intelligent well trained staff that know the banking industry and go above and beyond to meet your needs. A tip of the hat to the team at the Kawartha credit union and thank you for helping me take care of the money I work very hard for. Merry Christmas to all the staff.

Kawartha is great other than going through their system upgrade.
